Do NOT waste your time at this salon.All they care about is your money and not customer service. I have honestly never seen a salon/spa treat customers more poorly than FX does. A long time ago it was a great place, but in the past year or two it has completely changed. Don't say I didn't warn you....It is probably the worst salon I have ever been to.

This is the worst salon we have ever been to. Back in the day, FX was a decent salon, but now it is not. They have lost so many hairdressers over the years and many clients because of the way they treat people and also how they money gauge. The whole salon part is poorly run, but if you insist on going there, do not use Grace. She is a stuck up, racist person. She charges my wife what she feels like on any given day, with none of her prices matching what it says on the salon price sheet. The final straw for me was Grace telling me she has no African American clients and that she lives in Bel Air where there are very few African Americans. I think because I told her I was a republican, she assumed I didn't like black people and therefore felt comfortable tellingme that. I'm not African American, but I was highly offended by this.

I really don't like take time out of my busy life to get my hair done but I always have a great experience at FX Studios. I have been going to Courtney for about 18 years. I met her while feeling like I would never get a cut I really lived. She takes her time to understand what your looking for and she is so very skilled at what she does. I love the fact that every customer is in a private room. It takes all social anxiety away. Every person you meet from the minute you arrive to the minute you leave are friendly and are there to make sure your experience is great!

I have been seeing Corinne for a few months now. I’m 4 and 5 years out from surgery to repair FAI and labral tears on each of my hips, I’m hypermobile, and also suffer from chronic tailbone pain. As my job now requires me to be very active (teaching 10+ group fitness classes every week) I sought out Corinne for continued care of my hips and overall muscular well being. Everyone at the practice provides top notch care, and Corinne has helped me make incredible strides in my range of motion, strength, and overall health and well-being. I recommend her to everyone I know - including all of the clients at my fitness studio!!

Great haircut by Jamie and better than many stylists before her. Short like I wanted it and looks great. Nothing sticking up in the back like I have always had in the past after other haircuts at other places. I will be back to FX and Jamie for more cuts in the future! Thank you!

Maria was a master! The facial was fantastic and she took the time to listen to me and customize my session. The complimentary upper back and neck massage were wonderful too! She seems to truly make her clients feel cared for. I’ll be back!

I always appreciate the attention to detail Mina offers with every visit I have for a men's cut and style, along with a scalp message. She will answer your questions and review your preferences. The check-in and out are flaw-less, along with make future appointments before I leave. I would easily recommend making a visit.

Sam is a phenomenal stylist and she also understands color theory and what healthy hair looks like!!! She is not only kind and humble but now a friend! I've sent three people to her already with a fourth making an appointment soon..... I also need to give Rosanne a shout out for being the best massage therapist I've ever encountered and I travel the world! Then we come to Jessica who I met as an aesthetician who had my skin looking youthful and clear!! She has moved to management somewhat but I believe takes clients as well! I highly recommend all three of them!

After months of lower back pain I started PT with Anthony and in about 3 week my pain was down 80% and now 6 weeks in there is no pain and we are in the gym - Anthony's favorite place! - to build but my strength and make sure this is a long term solution and not a temporary fix. I would highly recommend FX Physical Therapy to anyone.
