“My mom found an add for Ricardo’s Jewelry in the newspaper and decided to check him out since I had an absolutely horrific experience with Smyth’s (for the second time no less, with my engagement ring AND my wedding band). Everything went so smoothly with Ricardo. My wedding band was done in half the time Smyth’s would have had it done. He did it himself instead of sending out my engagement ring and waiting 2 months for it to be done. I saw a curved band I liked in his shop, but wanted to make a few tweaks to that so we discussed all of the options and it turned out beautifully. Shopping small pays off ya’ll. He’s so nice too and runs the place with his daughter. Every interaction was pleasant! Highly recommend!!!”

“I live in California and placed an order online for a fabric tote. The bag is a medium size, with the pattern printed on a stiff cotton and I was concerned that if it was folded to fit into an envelope it would get damaged in shipping. I sent an email to the store and asked them to ship it in a flat box. The next morning I called to follow up, they just opened. Not only that every person I spoke with was very nice and professional, but the gentleman in their shipping department said they got my email and already took care of it as I asked. This is simply an amazing experience, fantastic super fast service that demonstrated Smyth's dedication and sensitivity to the customer's needs.
