One star is too high of a rating for this company. We canceled our insurance through them in March 2022. It took them until today, August 25, 2022 to get us our reimbursement check. I literally followed up with them 17 times in order to get it to finally happen. My paperwork was submitted the first time on March 12. Approximately one week later I followed up with them to make sure they had everything they needed. They assured me that I did and then I would have a check two weeks later. Needless to say that never occurred. They then said that they would get the check in the mail. I again waited for three weeks to pass. And so it went, multiple times being lied to. I was told the check was in the mail, I was told that the US mail could take up to 30 days (which was crazy). Fast forward to July, they told me they never received the paperwork. So I resubmitted everything. upon following up they said they had everything they needed to open a "new" file. After starting this over, I had multiple times again where I was told the check was in the mail. The last time, which was seven days ago, I was told it would be overnighted to me. When I didn't receive the check "overnight" I called them up and they said they made a mistake and sent it priority mail. If you don't mind being lied to, or exaggerative timelines, this is the company for you. However if you're concerned at the very least about your insurance coverage, and reimbursement in a time of need, I would wave you off! Buyer beware. I have never had such difficulty with a company in my life. It truly tested and challenged me greatly.

A company with this insurance busted the back window of my car and they keep passing me back and forth cause I feel like they don't want to pay.I have video evidence of what happened and if its not fixed soon ill be taking them to court.Its sad that you can leave your car parked, have evidence and they still want to play games. Rain is coming and my car will be in even worse shape which they will pay also.

My cheap upstairs neighbor uses this insurance and apparently neither the resident nor this company can read. Our COA policy states that the residents insurance company is responsible for any damage inflicted on other residents, they went weeks without realizing their water heater was broken and the water was leaking into our water heater which caused ours to shut off. The closet where the heater is has damage which this "company" is pretending they don't have to pay. I gaurantee they spend a lot of days in court because they hardly seem real to me.
