We've been working with Tim for the last few years and time and time again, he has been responsive and knowledgable. We've made adjustments to policies and gotten new ones and he's explained everything in depth and still has some of the best prices. We were recently shopping around for homeowner's policies and while the policies themselves were fairly comparable, we specifically went with State Farm/Tim because of his attention to detail and responsiveness.

Tim Alexander has provided excellent service to me for close to 20 years. Always making sure I was properly insured and maximizing all available discounts for me. I had policies with Tim for 17 years until I moved to another state. I recently shifted all my insurance business back to State Farm and was beyond happy that I could reconnect with Tim to insure a property I have in Maryland. Tim is personable, knowledgeable, professional, and goes the extra mile for his clients. I highly recommend Tim Alexander to all for your insurance needs.

Never had a bad experience with Tim. I was having claim issues with Homeowners insurance. I reached out to Tim on several occasions. On each occasion he went above and beyond to make sure the issues were resolved and resolved satisfactorily.

I really love the customer service that I receive at Tim Alexander's State Farm office. I've been a long time customer and whenever I call with a question he and his staff know who I am and have answers for whatever I ask. I recently got a new car and switching over my insurance was easy and reasonably priced. I also had some recent questions about starting a new policy. Tim called me to discuss my concerns and needs so that he could recommend the best product based on what I was trying to accomplish. It's been several years and I foresee many, many more with Tim Alexander as my State Farm Agent.
