“I do love this store BUT I was made to feel awkward by a cashier recently, she believed I was paying her with fake money, completely unfair to me as it is U.S. currency, she did not have a pen to test it nor a money counter to stick it in, she did have some sort of light that works for new currency but not old currency.. I knew the bill was real as I work with money for a living and tend to collect old bills. Shame on the company for not having something so simple to avoid making your customers feel like a problem guest.”

“I cannot praise this store enough. The first time I walked in I was worried because I didn’t know what I should be looking for. But a lady named Christine greeted me at the front door with a comforting smile and hello. I immediately felt at ease. After telling her some details about my feet (size 8 wide with a huge arch) she knew exactly what I needed. After bringing me to the Brooks section, her help didn't stop there. Each time she passed me whether she was restocking or tidying up the store she would check on me to see my progress. I told her what type of Brooks I tried on and the difference I felt from each pair. She gave me advise and details on what I should feel and where. Please give Christine a raise or at least an additional 2 weeks of paid vacation! You don’t get amazing customer service like this now-a-days (especially when you’re not working for tips) and she went above and beyond to make sure my first experience at your store was absolutely perfect. I will be buying all of my shoes and any gifted shoes from this specific store because of her!”
