absolutely horrible, had the lady hang up on me after trying to schedule a second attempt to deliver my package. the first attempt my wife stayed home all day to recieve a package that the truck never even showed up for. FedEx has definitely dropped the ball and has been a long wait time and always on hold to get this sorted out.

After waiting all day for a package that never showed. Finally called customer service they tell me to call the local dispatch, which they said couldn't get a hold of me (BS) to deliver next-day. Tried calling next morning couldn't get a hold of anyone, called customer service back. They couldn't even get a hold of them either. After a few hrs finally manager in CS got a hold of someone and they siad.couldnt deliver till Monday. After a few argument obviously needing the delivery just went and got it myself. Long story short avoid using if possible. I don't think anyone cares

This is a LTL freight company. Standard service is curbside with driver bringing product to the rear of the truck. Lift gate and inside delivery are extra unless prepaid by the shipper. This is standard with all LTL Freight companies also inside delivery is basically in the door, don't expect any company to wander through your building to the broom closet to deliver your stuff.

This incident happened 12/12/2017. If I could give them a zero I would. The driver was very unprofessional and I had to call FedEx multiple times just to get a hold of the driver to find out where my package was delivered. The driver NEVER delivered the package to my house. Instead he scanned the package at 10:08am stating that he delivered it at my front door BUT HE DIDN'T, he decided to take my package to my Mother's job and he gave MY PACKAGE to my mother at HER JOB at 10:08am. I called about 5 times to report that the package had been delivered and that I didn't know where my package was located, it wasn't at my front door where it was supposed to be. After 1 1/2 hours of trying to contact a manager at the facility in Hurlock, MD, I finally spoke to the manager who was named Fred and all he said was that "The driver gave it to my mother." The driver never told them that it was given to her AT HER JOB. My Father even tracked him down and he told my Father that he didn't have any package that was on there which was a lie because he dropped it off to my Mother right after that. I had to drive over to my Mother's job to pick up my package from her. I used to work for both FedEx and UPS so I know for a fact that was a complete violation of my privacy and just about every rule that is set by FedEx for the Drivers. I hope I never have to use FedEx ever again after that very unprofessional move from the driver. If I wanted my Mother to receive my package I would've put special instructions to give it to her.

Fedex is a good company to work for it has its issues sometimes like most jobs.But overall we have good upto date equipment. We dont run 53ft trailers with tandem axle tractors for P&D like 3 other carriers out there in little towns where they should not be putting there drivers at risk for an accident. For the most part we pull 48s some with and without liftgates. Fedex has a excellent program for people looking to get into the trucking industry its call the drivers apprentice program where they help you get everything you need to succeed in the industry all you have to do is put your best foot forward and listen to the instructors as they teach you all about driving do's and donts. So you will be able to handle anything for the most part that you may encounter throughout the day ether as a city p&d driver or a road driver

Horrible experience with the staff & the management. They don't listen to the customer even if its there fault. You expect when a driver representing FedEx, promises you that he will come back to deliver the freight next day ( because they don't have a truck with a lift gate), that he will promise his commitment. Come to find out after waiting for 4 hours that shipment can not be deliver because I have to pay another $120 for 2nd time delivery , plus additional fees for the lift gate and freight can not be deliver for another 5 days......manager of the facility did not provided any satisfactory solution, horrible customer service. I am following up with the corp office to let them know my experience with this facility. Dr Aziz.
