Neil Murray Jr. was my salesman. He provided excellent service and a super easy process. It was a no brainer to go to Neil I use to deal with his dad when he worked there so I knew Neil would take care of me. I told him what I was looking for and he went to work. Called me when he found the right car for me and called me with the entire deal details . Then less than a month later they had a car used I had been wanting for years called him and he made it happen I haggle no issues Preston autoplex has superior customer service and will go out of their way to make a deal Update A year later I had an issue at no fault of Preston with one of my cars Preston went out of thier way to assist me with the issue and in the end corporate ford agreed to buy the vehicle back preston was able to find me the vechile that i wanted in the package and color that I wanted and made the entire process super easy I will continue to use Preston Neil Murray Jr. Was my salesman Ryan was the GM that helped and James was the Manager assisting with everything this team is top notch

11062025 Still consistent! I don't mind traveling to get there after my own 8 hour work day, even for routine maintenance because no matter the service, Preston Ford is always top-notch courtesy and customer service!!! Keep up the great work.

Great experience overall. My wife and I traveled a long way. We were treated with great respect as we walked through the front doors. Neil Murray was excellent from the time we sat down with him and until we left Preston. Got the deal we were looking for and went home with my new F150. We will make that trip again when the time is right.

I have dealt with Preston for years and coming into Preston tonight We had the pleasure of working with Mike Morgan he was so professional in every aspect. He was very helpful and had a lot of acknowledgement on what we wanted . He delivered 100 percent satisfaction. I would recommend Mr. Morgan for the sales person of the year!!!! This place is a joke! Have a motorcycle on the floor for sale. The two salesman that helped me were simply amazing. But…go to start the bike doesn’t start. Fuel pump sound like going out. Bike was filthy dirty. Does not have original paint. Bike has rust.Had a sale price on it $4895. Offered 4K salesman walks in to check. Whoever the clown in the facility says no. Ok , so I offered 4500$ figure try to get best price. Dude goes back in with new offer , no also? Lmao , was being generous at 4500$ for a bike that doesn’t run. It’s a sportster clowns. Not a gold bar. Apparently $395 would bankrupt the dealership. Used bike and no negotiable offer acceptable. Welp lesson learned in dealing with Preston. I will be sure to spread the word best I can about these fools. Can’t wait for the b.s. response that every other review I’ve seen on here. Flat out tell your money hungry sales manager do better when someone is in your face with cash money! The salesman gotta love working for people that restrict them from a sale when a fair offer was made. Do better.*******update******* After a week the man, the myth , the legend ! NICK called me ! We got the deal done ! Appreciate you Nick! Knew you was a good egg. Appreciate your help. Boom ?

Ivan went above and beyond to see that I received everything I was looking for in a vehicle. Very professional, knowledgeable and down to earth, not pushy at all. A great salesman and overall good person. I will absolutely look for him in the future and recommend without hesitation!!
