My daughter was on vacation in OCMD which is 4 hours from our town. Our Mazda was having major electrical issues to the point it had to be towed here. Jackie and her team were amazing!! They fit us in knowing that we were so far away from home.
The customer service here was amazing!! I would recommend anyone to go to Preston Mazda. Thank u again and we greatly appreciate all your help!!!

I bought a SUV on December 6th, 2022. I was informed the day of purchase that the salesman who took it in on trade in had misplaced the 2nd key fob. I was promised my 2nd key fob the day I signed, since the key is in my contract. It is now 03/27/2023 and I have YET to receive my key that I am entitled to via my contract. Terrible customer service. This is the 1st vehicle I’ve ever bought from a dealership and I will not be returning to Preston anything in the future.

This makes the third car I’ve bought from them. I will be going back again! Cassandra and Stevie were the best! I can always count on Stevie to get me approved! But I must say this Mazda Cx-50 is my favorite car yet.
