Took my rouge in for a recall on the jackknife key. Got the old key back now it doesn't fold. I was told this is the factory fix. It took 3 days of use to break in my pocket this thing was a brick when it was folded now walking w a 2 in key hanging out was a recipe for trouble. All that was done was an Allen set screw was laid in the fob to keep the key from folding. Now I need a $400 key thanks . Nissan do better

I purchased a new Altima at Preston Nissan yesterday. I was prepared to endure the typical salesperson who is somehow more knowledgeable than I am about my needs.I was greeted by a young man( Alex Saldana ) who was more interested in what I was looking for and how he could help me achieve it. We spoke, we listened and, not once did I feel pressured into anything at all.I am extremely happy with the Preston auto group, I will absolutely shop with them next time.

The entire staff was very friendly and easy to work with. When an issue arose with our first choice car, salesman Deonta Green drove several hours to get another one for us. He could have offered us something we didn't really want, but he went the extra 200 miles to get us exactly what we wanted. I would do business with Deonta again, and would highly recommend him and the team at Preston Nissan in Hurlock.

I had a 2:00 appointment and arrived at 1:55. They saw me right away and serviced my vehicle. I was out of there by 2:30 and even scheduled my next service appointment.

Claire provided top notch service. I explained I had issues at another Nissan dealer for service, she reviewed the work I had done by them and without hesitation came up with a game plan, provided quotes and suggestions and took care of the issues and basic maintenance I had come in for. She kept me informed of my progress and consulted with me before doing any additional work. I had dealt with Claire before when I first had maintenance done on my then new Rogue and only tried another dealer out of logistical convenience. Never make that mistake again. I will return to Preston Nissan and hopefully always have the pleasure and professionalism of working with Claire.

Highly recommend Andrew Risher at the Preston Nissan sales center in Hurlock, Maryland. Responsive, informative, friendly and knowledgeable service from the get-go! He sold us our new 2023 Nissan Rogue SL. Since we were coming up from Ocean City to see the vehicle, he sent us a video walk around to help us decide that the Rogue was going to be a good "fit" for us. Upon arrival, he was ready (we came in at almost 6 pm) and we were able to do a test drive, get our trade in offer, figure out the finances and go home with our new ride all within about two hours! We knew what we wanted, Preston had a great car at a good price. Not a lot of dickering - instead Andrew and the team were responsive to our needs and really made it happen! We are very impressed with their friendly and efficient service. Kudos to Andrew Risher and the Preston Group. Thanks very much!

My husband and I went there to Look at Nissan Sentras. They had none in stock, and instead brought A Nissan Altima outside for us to test drive. We test drove the car and really liked it. We made an offer on the vehicle and was told that they would give us a call back on Monday between 10 and 10:30 possibly counter offer. My husband and I waited most of the morning into the afternoon to hear from the finance manager. We never heard from him, and he never reached out to us. Definitely not a way to keep customers. We had bought a Nissan Versa from this dealership in 2021, and they really took care of us offering us a good interest rate and the sales person Brenda was amazing! I don't know what happened here but you should never leave a customer waiting. All you had to do was give us a call maybe counter offer, or just basically or at least say the offer we made was declined. I would never go back there. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because our salesman was amazing! Very pompous finance manager who basically came over To the desk where the salesman was and asked us what he can do for us. He knew exactly why we wanted to speak to him. On a happier note we bought the exact same car at a Nissan dealership in Dover Delaware. Had an amazing experience! Not even a courtesy call back is really unacceptable
