I stop by here every now and then because it's so convenient, and never have a bad experience. Recently just went through the drive thru for some sandwiches and donuts.The bacon egg and cheese bagels were made fresh and were hot. I enjoyed the bacon flavor and the bagels were soft.The jelly donuts were definitely fresh, really great late lunch treat.Staff is speedy considering most things are made to order, and they are always friendly to me and my wife.Interior is clean, I think this location gets most of its traffic through the drive thru, so you're likely to find a booth if you want to get out of the car.Parking: Parking is abundant in front of the establishment

Food was ok but the service was bad. Staff not friendly at all. Didn't seem to be focused on the customer as we had to repeat the order twice. Place just didn't appear very clean. Won't be going back.

Such a terrible experience that left me shocked. I never experienced such poor customer service at any dunkin location before but the small interaction I had with the two dunkin workers spoke to us so rudely simply because they could not hear us over the intercom. Then mocked us for understanding them when they began to talk badly about us in their own language. Very disappointed and left without buying anything.

Ordered a decaf coffee and got a regular coffee. Asked if i could get it decaf like i ordered it as my gf cant drink regular and was simply told "no"

I recently had the misfortune of encountering incredibly poor customer service at a Dunkin’ Donuts location. The experience was so disappointing that I felt compelled to share my feedback.The individual at the counter, who was supposed to represent the brand’s customer-friendly image, was, quite frankly, shockingly rude. Their tone was abrasive, and they seemed completely disinterested in helping customers. It was as if they had forgotten that the success of a business largely depends on its customers.My simple request for assistance was met with condescension and impatience. The rudeness was palpable and wholly uncalled for. This is not what anyone expects when visiting a place like Dunkin’ Donuts, which is supposed to offer a welcoming and enjoyable experience.Customer service is a fundamental aspect of any business, and it’s disheartening to encounter such a lack of courtesy and respect. I hope Dunkin’ Donuts takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues with their staff training and management. No customer should ever have to endure such unpleasant treatment.

They won't let you use a Dunkin Donuts bathroom without paying.... I have never been to a Dunkin Donuts that makes you pay to use the bathroom. There is an actual lock on the door....

Unbelievable. Only billed customers can use bathroom and the bathroom do not have a lock. Avoid Avoid and
