Worse store ever, the employees are extremely unprofessional and tell lies. The associate Cherita should move forward with looking for a new place of employment. The lack of integrity and notifying customers within a timely manner is a serious concern here. While customers read legal documents it's obvious that the employees don't.

I ordered something, never received a call, called to confirm they received the order and ask why I didn’t get a call. Agent on the line did not inquire my name so presumed I was calling about a similar order and proceeded to tell me make excuses as to why they weren’t able to deliver. Apparently it’s the customers fault for not picking up unknown numbers. When I asked why they didn’t leave a message since this appears to be how everyone is treated, he proceeded to say something about why that can be debated but “all drivers left for the day” because “one had an emergency and…” Extremely unprofessional.

In a crunch my dryer broke so we here to get another one. I was very content with the service at first, but then my pay period changed. So I had to change my payment date, not before they called me multiple times for a payment. I do most of my payments online, for convenience. However, they will call me the day the payment is due and insist on making a payment. This week, I told the guy I will make a Friday online, and dude going to ask me, 'what time?' Does it matter, if I'm making a payment. They need to chill on calling customers that are current with their payments. If I'm 3 days late, it does not require repeatedly calling. Give a me chance to pay. Especially, if you see me making payments online, why would I give my card information over the phone. This is just to warn people what they are signing their self up too! Thanks RAC, but you don't have to harass me.

Busy store, but Rita is great! She researched every piece of furniture that I wanted in the district inventory. It took a few days, yet she got everything and made it happen! Thank you! :)

Not worth the hassle. I've been renting an item from them for a few months now on a weekly schedule. Now having started a new job I'm no longer on a weekly pay period. For about 2,almost 3 months now I've been asking to be put on a biweekly schedule. About 6 different people have told me it's fixed and it's not. So when it comes time for me to make a payment they keep trying to tell me that my payment is late and all kinds of shenanigans. And then my cash price is still a bunch of money....how?? If you want to rent something. Go to Aaron's or any other place.
