If for some reason you decide to go to this location just know you most likely will not get professional customer service..went here because I was in the area about phone repair,when I walked in I saw all counters were occupied so I sat down..as I wait I look around and just see the workers and customers just laughing and having a good time as if there not even talking about anything related to T-Mobile service,but I dont know.. Anyway its been at least 10min & im realizing nobody even said anything to me since I walked in Lol,like I was ghost..five more minutes later a woman walks in,not acknowledged and sits down for about 6-7mins with this look on her face in disbelief..she looks at me shakes here head and walks out to her car to pull off,assuming she might go to another location..5mins go by im finally called up and this guys was no help,felt like I did most of the talking but I can tell these workers in here clearly don't care about there job..I advise anybody to go to a different location(many options in the area)..

Very good store but I do not recommend it because of its employees. I visited it a month ago and a girl treated me very badly, they treat customers with differences. I hope the manager is attentive to how they treat people in that store.

Bunch of liars. Made me sign for lines and devices that I didn’t ask by telling me it was free because of my planTold me my monthly bill was $130, but I found out a day after through my t mobile account that my monthly bill was $193 with hidden fees that Corey the seller guy didn’t inform me about.Bunch of thieves.Corey you deserve less than 1 star.

I was there today at around 7:33p.m. Nina was very unprofessional, she talked down on me and when I finally did the research on my phone and showed her, she still was very unprofessional in terms of her demeanor and tone. I informed her of her behavior and called her attention to the fact that it was just a misunderstanding and that her behavior is uncalled for given that she is in the business of service/customer service. I was very calm and respectful to her during the entire time. She basically told me that I should leave the store and that they don't have to service me if I'm not pleased with her service and walked away from me. I went to Henry who was very professional and he assisted me with no issues. I have never, ever written a review on anyone, so for me to do this says how disappointed I was. I later learned that she is the assistant manager. There are Cameras all over in there, please ? watch the Cameras to get an understanding of what I am saying. I had on a pink Tommy Hilfiger polo. Even if the Cameras doesn't pickup audio, just watching alone says it all. It goes without saying that Henry was awesome even though they see and know what's going on but says nothing

Stephanie, the manager of the T-Mobile branch located at 6603 Annapolis Rd, Landover Hills, MD 20784 is has the worst customer service. She had the audacity to hang up the phone on me after I called to enquire about a charge on my account. She shouldn’t be working there or anywhere else if she continues with this stinky attitude.

On 7/25/23 I went to this TMobile store to get a screen protector replaced on my phone. Upon checking he said that he could not find it in the system due to his error. I called customer service while on the phone the attendant was rude and disrespectful mumbling under his breath that he doesn't have patience or time for this. Please don't do business at this location you get bad customer service. Telling a customer you don't have time or patience you are in the wrong occupation.

Don't go to this store any service at this store. I was told by the clerk to swap data to a new phone from a old phone $35 which I brought in both phones. Then to say he only taking cash and got rude when I refused the service.
