Great store. Love the prices, the variety in disposables, juices, ect., the point system, and the location. BUT I never know when they're going to be open, the times posted on their door doesn't match Google, and even when I go there during the times posted on their door, there is no guarantee they anyone is actually there. I went there yesterday at 4, closed. I call today at 11, no answer. I imagine it's because they don't have anyone to work at those times, but at least the owner should be there to make sure it's open! Please do better and live up to your name, NxtLvl!!

Great experience coming into this shop! I work nearby and needed a new vape shop that was convenient and I’m so glad I found this place. The people working there are so friendly and always get the vape gear and juice I need.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. I've been to both locations in Urbana and Rockville. Even though they didn't have an item I was looking for, it is too popular, everyone that helped me was able to provide me with an alternative that I was satisfied with.

This store is just woah! The employees are very nice and knowledgeable. Whenever I feel comfortable asking questions about products and never pressured to buy products. The shop is clean and presentable every time I vist 10/10 highly recommend

Awesome establishment, great selection made available to the consumers. Staff is very knowledgeable when it comes to their products and have assisted me during my shopping. Super friendly too! They definitely earned my repeat business as I pass through the Urbana area - I highly recommend them!

Was never warned that some units might not work. Bought 10 and none of them worked. Went back to store and they told me that they do not take responsibility . My sister bought 5 and only two worked. I will shop elsewhere. Between us, we are out$40

Absolutely love this vape shop. Not only do they have a plethora of choices, but their prices are unbeatable. Their staff is also extremely friendly & down to earth. I never feel rushed, and always feel welcomed. Their system was down a few days ago and I came in after work & was in need of a vape. They weren’t accepting cards at the time, but I had to get home to my son & they were nice enough to let me take the vape home and basically send me on my way with an “IOU.” I will definitely be back to pay them back, but also for future purchases! This place lives by their name, 100% next level!
