My wedding bouquets were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. I can’t thank Richard enough for how wonderful he was throughout the whole process. I had a florist who canceled on me at the very last minute and Richard completely took care of me and put me at ease! Everything came out perfect!

Edited for update... so, a refund was offered.. instead of refund, I was charged twice for the same amount. Called spoke with Cindy same person that said she would take care of it and be issued a refund... I was told someone will call me back... still waiting for that call..BUYER BEWARE! We ordered flowers for a milestone birthday.All I can say is what she recieved and what we paid for was completely different. $110 for the arrangement, $15 for delivery and $6 for the balloon.. Seriously do not order online from this place, the arrangement was beyond tiny: no greenery, not even a filler flower. A few roses some iris and two stems of lily.. definitely not $110 worth of flowers, and the smallest mylar balloon which you could actually buy for $2 elsewhere. I honestly could have gone to a local supermarket purchased 20 -30 dollars of a prewrapped bouquet and they would have been much fuller and better than what was received from this place.I called this florist to notify them of what was recieved.... they didnt answer, but I spoke with an assistant/phone service. While this lady was nice and seemed understanding and apologetic, she assured me I would be getting a returned phone call back.. well no phone call. Called again this morning was placed on hold for 15 minutes and forgotten about.. Called back and got the ansering service again...It appears as they just don't care about customer service, nor do they expect you to actually see the flowers they deliver. I understand substitutions can occur due to season and product availability, but there is no excuse for poor customer service and being overcharged for a couple of roses and a few stems of iris and a lily. Furthermore, I understand that FTD and any online picture you may see is taken a certain way to make the arrangements appear lush and bigger as arrangements are 3D and they cannot get the full view in the picture. Hense the reason why you usually get 3 options good, better, best, etc. The arrangements will always be smaller than what you actually recieve.. BUT, Its still decieving, no excuses for poor customer service, and not recieving what you pay a premium for. I'm completely disgusted with this place. SO, bottom line, if you want to overpay for no or poor customer service and tiny arrangements, this is the place for you. However, if you want decent flowers and actually get what you pay for.. SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Two weeks before I needed a delivery, I ordered flowers for a friend's birthday. I called that morning and was told that they would arrive between 2 and 4. That would not be a problem, because the place where she works closes at 5. My friend is the type who would immediately call to thank me. When I did not hear from her, I called the florist again. He told me that he would contact me and call me back. I gave him my work number. After 20 minutes I had not heard back, and called again. At this point it was after 4:30. He said he left a voice mail for me. Later I realized that he called my house. I received a message from my friend that she was given the flowers in the parking lot as she was leaving. When I placed my order I specifically said that the building was opened from 9 to 5. When I talked to the gentleman in the afternoon I was told that I should have asked for them to deliver before 2. I am just glad that my friend did get the flowers before she drove off to go home.

Richard helped me through every step of the way with choosing & purchasing flowers to make DIY arrangements with for my wedding. He clearly is very knowledgable and passionate about flowers. He set aside time to talk to me about any questions I had and made sure every detail was perfect before sending out my order. He also discussed materials with us to make sure we were prepared at home to put everything together. I cannot say enough about Flowers by Bauers! They truly exceeded my expectations and made doing DIY flowers easy and fun. Thank you so much for your professionalism and attention to detail!

I've been buying from Bauers from the time they opened. The flowers are always beautiful and fresh. The staff is always very friendly and efficient. The only caveat I have is to call early if you want a lot of something or something unusual. The staff will do everything in their power to get you the flowers you desire as quickly as they can, but it may take a few days. I love this place!
