Jordan was incredibly honest in saving us money. After fixing our water pump, he recommended a few other things optionally, including brakes, which we asked him to do. Then he wrote back and said when he took the old brake drum off, he could see the brakes were actually better than they first appeared, he didn't need to replace them after all, and he wouldn't charge us at all for that work! We gave him a tip as a courtesy. Our car is back up and running great, and we'll take it to Jordan whenever we have any other issue.
