So far, so good. Once they started digging last week, all other aspects of the project have been running smoothly and efficiently. This is largely due to a tough, yet fair project manager, Greg Anthony, who has ensured all subcontractors are performing as planned. Still not done, but well on the way. Thanks.
So, the pool has been open for 3 seasons now, and we've enjoyed it tremendously. But nothing is 100% and we've had some equipment issues - NOT Anthony and Sylvan's fault!. Thanks to Daniel Schearer, A&S Warranty Manager, everything has been taken care expeditiously. Good companies construct good pools; great companies like A&S, also stand by their product and follow up with equipment problems. THANKS, Daniel.

I had a great pool winterizatian today! Charles D, Kenny P & Bill S came in listened to my needs and definitely met them. They were very friendly and even liked our dogs!

Charlie and Kenny came out to close our pool for the winter. They did and excellent job and overcame some difficulties such as:
1. Moving the cover out from our basement to the pool area
2. Finding several stakes that were covered by mulch and topsoil. This required some diggingto find them.
3. Identifying and removing some torn filter panels from the DE Pool Filter Powder – Diatomaceous Earth Pool Filer
Finally took extra time to answer all my questions. The finished pool closure is shown in the attached photo.
