Purchasing my 2025 BMW 1300 GSA from Bob's was an experience that exceeded my expectations in almost every way. From the moment I walked in, the level of professionalism, product knowledge, and customer service made the entire process seamless and enjoyable.
The showroom was well-organized, and I was able to get a close-up view of the 1300 GSA, along with other models in the BMW adventure bike lineup. The salesperson Jim took the time to understand my needs as a rider, asking about my riding experience and what I was looking for in a bike. This helped them tailor their recommendations and ensure I was choosing the right model and configuration.
Once I had made the decision to go ahead with the BMW 1300 GSA, Lorrie in the dealership’s financing department took over. The process was quick and transparent, with no pressure to commit to anything beyond my comfort zone.
In conclusion, my experience purchasing the 2025 BMW 1300 GSA from this dealership was outstanding. From the knowledgeable sales staff to the smooth financing process and the excellent post-purchase support, every step of the journey was made easy and enjoyable. I have 19 Ducati 959 that needed the 7500 miles serviced. I drove passed 2 dealership to this place.
It’s almost 2 hours with traffic.
I made an appointment on the 30th of October. I called the day before to confirm. When I shows up the next day , I was advise that the tech is not available. I was upset but Dustin said he will give me a 75 dollar discount on my ticket if I come back. So I made another appointment on the 6th.
After the the job was completed. I notice my bike had oil prints all over the tank, fairing and seat. Another adviser gave me some cleaning products and a rag to clean it like it was before I drop it off.
When it came to paying , not only was the total way off from the estimate that I received earlier. But I never got the discount amount that I was promised. Please check your invoice before paying.
I have a limited in my credit card per day. The total exceeded that card and instead of charging the difference , Dustin cancels the first transaction and charge the whole amount. I was advised by him that it would take 72 hours for it to come back to me. Well it’s been a week and it still on my account. I called and was told to deal with it.
Maybe I got unlucky because it appears that they have lots of good reviews.
I do not think I will coming back tho. So many promise broken and the price is not that great.

Took them awhile to figure out how to fix my bike. They did keep me apprised and got it fixed, but took like 3 weeks unfortunately.. maybe just a quirky thing.
