I placed an order a month ago and still haven't recieved it, let alone an email stating my order is being shipped. I have called their posted number a dozen times and left messages and haven't recieved a call back. I tried emailing them through their website and I get the following error, "Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact the administrator by another method." Good to know PayPals dispute customer service is better than this company's customer service.

We used Bolt Athletics for our Middle School Team Store and it went extremely smooth. The store was easy to navigate and was very user friendly. The spirit wear was delivered on time and separately bagged per student. Would definitely would do business with them again in the future.

Do not order from this company!!! We live in Tucson Az and ordered from this company for my son's football team. I ordered on 8/7 and was told i would have everything for 1st game we are now going on 4th game. I have been lied to several times saying that we would have everything. And still nothing!! I have emailed the contact that we use in Arizona and the man who keeps lying about getting our stuff (Steve Marshall) and still waiting for a response worst experience ever!!

We ordered uniforms, accessories and team swag for both my boys' baseball teams. We all paid shipping so the orders would come to our houses directly. They ended up delivering items piecemeal to the coaches instead. Why did we pay shipping? The first order took almost 3 months to come in and a lot of it was wrong. Things were on back order and nobody was notified. They have not responded to multiple emails from both teams' parents. The second order still hasn't come in (over 2 months later) and again, no responses. I ended up having to call and I had to cancel a few items that were no longer available or would take forever to get in. My second order showed up as completed/shipped, but he couldn't find a tracking number, so he was going to get the items together and ship them to me immediately. Gave me a refund for one of the items for my trouble.

Ridiculously bad experience with this company. My daughter's high school volleyball team elected to order their spirit wear, gear, etc from Bolt Athletics this season. We were given only a very short window of opportunity to place orders, and thus mine was placed 8/22. It is now 9/29, and we still do not have the order (nor do any other players). After 2 weeks of sending emails and leaving voicemails, I finally reached the sales rep (Eric) today, and was informed the orders would be shipping out next week. That's 7 weeks after placement of the order, and the volleyball season is 60% over! I will lobby HARD to ensure that the school does not order from this company again.
