“When I was in this store it hit me-- this store is still laid out in the OLD Design from decades ago! Which brought me great nostaglia! :) 4 starts only because the old layout does bring smaller & tight aisles, which makes things seem like they're right ontop of each other and somewhat messy. Other than that, great store! I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The man at the register was super nice!”

“This is the most organized and well laid out dollar tree that I have ever been to! You forget that you're even in a discount store as you stroll through the aisles. And then an even bigger treat was the new self checkout machines at the front. Very classy Crofton Dollar Tree!!! I will certainly be back. The shelves were stocked well and so clean .”

“Not every store that has the name "Dollar" in front of it is a S1 store. the Dollar Tree stores are always $1 or less. Some things maybe a little higher. However, stores like Dollar General, Dollar Shop, etc yes the names are deceiving, but nothing is $1. I go to this store when I need certain things, if I can't find an item and ask the owners or cashier they're often helpful.”

“There is this red arthritis achol they sell, I buy 8nto 10 bottles at a time. I share it with everyone! I buy socks there to keep in my desk drawer at school for the students when there feet get wet from the snow or rain. I love ❤ Dollar Tree.”

“This location is approximately 20 minutes away but it'll be my new favorite location! They inventory was stocked and a wide sort of items I don't see at my nearby store. Parking lot was full mid-day but thankfully there's parking available on the side of the building. My cashier Kim was super friendly and tried to keep the checkout line moving.”

“Game changer... New Management Alert! I am super busy today, but this experience deserves my lunch break. Kudos to Ms. Mary Meadows. I observe this young lady on 4 different times working hard, multi-tasking, assisting her cashiers before they even call for her, she is on it.No matter how many things she is in the middle of every task seems as if it gets personalization. She is organized, knows the aisle by heart and very humble and professional. The quality I see in her... is going to soon rise above store manager and perhaps District manager. Simply, because. when I think of retail and business operations as it relates to customer satisfaction this is "What I consider a GREAT EXPERIENCE". “The family Dollar on Frederick road is the best dollar store in the area because they have everything and they are hardly ever sold out of items. I went to the Dollar general in Arbutus and the one at the West side shopping center and I went to the family Dollar at Mount Clare junction and not one of those three stores had cat food, cat litter, soap, or sandwich bags but the family Dollar on Frederick road had everything and a large selection and the employees are very friendly!”

“Service: the young lady that waited on me was polite. Her children were calling on her phone but it didn't bother me. Selection: they have a good selection of items that you may not want to pay alot for. This store seems to always be cluttered with carts of stock items near the front Value: I usually get my paper products here. Paper towels, napkins and bathroom tissue is a great value. Why pay alot for things you're throwing in the trash Laundry detergent and other name brand household items are a great value at family dollar. - they use brown paper bags with no handles here. Bring your own shopping bags because you can't take the shopping carts out to your car.”

“Out of all the dollar trees that I have been to this may be the best one. They are well stocked. Many of the other dollar trees have less items in general/less aisles. There are alot more options to choose from. It is a great place especially to come for getting items for events you are attending. 2 for $1 cards!? So much better than spending $8 on one card. Also wrapping paper and gift bags are definitely worth it to come here for. They have alot of crafting items too. Right now, they had lots of summer, water related toys for kids.Personally, I was shocked with this location. I could not leave the store empty handed. I definitely think anyone should at least give it a chance.”

“There's a cashier there named Alex who absolutely deserves a raise. This man in front of me was an absolute jerk about what line he could check out in and started saying things under his breath when he was asked to move to an open line. He started complaining and accusing her of double scanning items. (She never did) She handled the situation with grace and continued to help the rest of the line with a smile. She's a quality employee.”

“This is the only dollar tree I’ll shop at in the area. It’s a bit far from my home, but compared to the one in Columbia this one is so much nicer. The store is pretty well organized and clean and there aren’t any drug deals going on in the parking lot, so that’s a plus. It’s also a larger store so they have more things than the smaller locations. It’s usually pretty busy every time I go, so be prepared to wait in line for a while.”
