We had an exceptional experience working with Dragon Scale! Andrew is professional, patient and pleasant! His customer service is excellent.
Our first experience was when he assisted us with designing and picking out the cabinets and tiles for the renovation of our primary bathroom. The entire process was top notch...from the visit to his showroom where he has a variety of samples to the delivery of the cabinets, tiles and materials. Andrew is very knowledgeable and listens to make sure he has a grasp on the clients vision.
For our second experience, Andrew served as our GC on the total renovation of our kitchen. I cannot say enough good things about how great he took care of us and every single detail. From design, permits, cabinets, materials, labor, plumbing, electrical, paint...everything was handled to our total and complete satisfaction. His crew is professional and polite. They clean up after every work day. Most importantly, Andrew committed to our timeline and delivered as promised. Whenever there was a question or concern, Andrew was reachable and responsive. We are so pleased with all of his work and would, without a doubt, use Dragon Scale's services again and again! Thank you very much Andrew and team!!!

Do not sub contract for this company. Andrew will promise pay on jobs and not pay. Especially on investment jobs. I have try to work this out for a year and a half but owner and owners mother inlaw stop responding to emails and invoices. Work was done on a project the owner didn't have money for but Andrew said keep working, he promise we would get paid. House was sold and we still haven't received final payment.

Dragon Scale Inc is a Home Depot Home Services Authorized Service Provider. I spoke to Andrew this morning about assembling my electric lawn mower and he was able to complete the service by this afternoon. He communicated with me throughout the day so I would know when to expect him and when the job was completed. Price was as quoted and very reasonable--no extra trip charge. Not only do I recommend them, I will consider them for other jobs also. Thank you, Andrew!

Within minutes of requesting an estimate for my project, I received a call from Andrew to go over details. I had some shutters coming off of my stone facade that needed to be reattached. Andrew was able to provide me with a very reasonable estimate and was able to come out within 2 days to do the work. Shutters are reattached and could not be happier with the work. Will definitely be using Dragon Scale again in the future.

Andrew helped me realize I need a general contractor. Unfortunately, it won't be Dragon Scale.
I contacted him with a long list of jobs (13+) for a townhouse. After discussing that I was committed to another company for flooring Andrew came out to give me a quote. After the site visit he tells me he's unable to give me a bid for the job because I'm going with a different company for flooring.
This is my first time having to do this much work to a home and I'm not familiar with the order in which projects need to be completed. I needed professional advice. I would have been receptive to learning about what a general contractor can offer versus a list of jobs to be completed. I would have likely moved forward. However, after the walkthrough, Andrew started the conversation with a, "No." He made it apparent he was irritated with my friend that met him for the quote and I think this led to him having little patience for trying to work with me.
Additionally, within minutes of entering the house he insisted the house should be flipped, sold, and not rented again. I think that's a pretty personal decision for an owner to make with a myriad of considerations.

Andrew the owner is very easy to work with. His workers did a great job on my mom's kitchen.
Water had seeped down from the gutter above her kitchen window on the inside of the wall. It ruined her entire wall.
The wall, floor, countertop and sink were replaced. They did a fabulous job.
Mom really enjoyed the workers. They were pleasant and stayed late to finish the job.
Thank you Andrew for taking care of my mom.

Home depot provided the introduction to Dragon Scale Inc and by the end I wish I had hired them to do all my flooring. Andrew was honest and informative. His worker Orville was thorough, clean, and also HONEST! After undergoing a huge project while being given the run around Dragon Scale delivered what they said, when they said it, and I am truly grateful!

Update: Andrew, the owner, reached out to let me know the appointment wasn't put into their system, just the Home Depot system, therefore they didn't see the appointment. He was polite and friendly and made an appointment with me for tomorrow. Good customer service, I appreciated the contact and look forward to our fence estimate!Original Review: We scheduled a fence estimate with Dragon Scale and unfortunately no one showed during my confirmed appointment time, which I had an email confirming the date/time. I work from home and waited but never received a phone call or email regarding the appointment. I would have been okay rescheduling if someone would have contacted me to say the person completing the estimate wasn't available, but to date I haven't received any contact from Dragon Scale. It looks like they do nice work based on other reviews, but unfortunately they were a no call/no show for our scheduled appointment and that's frustrating for a potential customer who waited patiently during the agreed upon appointment window.

AMAZING service. I needed a fence as quickly as possible and they made it happen in a week!!!… from planning - to paying - to buying materials - to being complete. It was over 120ft of fence line too. I am so grateful and absolutely love the work they did. I just cannot express enough how amazing the customer service was and overall professionalism. I am 100% a loyal customer now. Once I have my yard decorated, I will post photos of the amazing fence they built!

I went to Home Depot to seek a company that could install a wet bar in our lower level family room before the holidays. Home Depot recommended Dragon Scale. I met with Andrew and the Dragon Scale team, and they designed the perfect space with cabinets, a granite counter, and a sink that fit and matched perfectly. The team also took care of plumbing and other steps. The job was finished right on time. I recommend Dragon Scale highly.

Dragon Scale completed my tub to shower conversion. I was referred through Home Depot. Andrew and his staff are amazing! Very responsive and professional.Vladimir and his team are also top notch! They cleaned up very well each day after working. They are very professional, went above and beyond. Project was completed in a timely manner. I’ve had Dragon Scale come out to my home on two different occasions with two vastly different estimates on a 7x5 bathroom. The first visit was a few years ago and they quoted me 7k for both upstairs and downstairs bathrooms totaling 14k. At the time both bathrooms still had all the old fixtures and all. No demo. Just yesterday they came out again and quoted me on one downstairs bathroom 7x5 which was completely gutted floor and all plus I bought all the materials and they still priced the job at a whopping 21k for one bedroom. I’m still giving them 5 stars because I know they do good work. No reason to rate them less because I can’t afford it. But I’m writing to just get a breakdown on how the pricing works. In comparison, I had a new roof, new deck (composite) and a landscaping job done and all were under 17k a piece (out of pocket no equity loan) So I know they do good work but can someone help me justify the cost and why the huge jump in pricing? Is it the assumption that people are looking to upgrade and sell by taking home equity loans or is the demand for remodeling so great that they can spike the cost? Let me know. Again I give them 5 starts and this is not an attempt to be malicious but I can’t wrap my mind around that price for one bathroom.RespectfullyMitch
