I was a little worried after reading the reviews but I loved this visit. The music was great. The plus size was awesome. I got 5 or 6 items for 40 ish $ which is truly not bad. The customer service was fine. One dude was super kind. Honestly the customers were the bad part of the trip.

Stops taking donations at 4pm. Now I have all this stuff in the back of my car taking up space, and nothing to do with it until well after I need it gone. Who the hell has time to drop stuff off during the workday? Completely braindead management, it's ridiculous

Almost nothing in the store and learned they don’t sell jewelry in store cause goodwill sells it all on eBay to make more of a profit. Dispicable.

I wasn't impressed. After going through some of reviews here, it seems people are impressed with being able to donate here, but not much on the side of shopping and experiencing the inside store portion. Well, donations that they take, after reading that one review of what they won't accept. Starting to sound a bit like you're not really a nonprofit. Once inside, it's a free for all. I attempted to look around a bit as I was still on a mission to find a piece to use in my apartment. When I went to the furniture section, it appeared that some of those rules did not apply. The pieces here were broken and dusty. If you are basically a resale store, at least attempt to give an item a good once over so that people won't be dupped into purchasing something broken. As for the apparel. The men's selection is lacking. Compared to the other sections, it is nearly minute. It never hurts to look through these section, but since there wasn't much to look at, I headed on out.

Selection was great but customer service was lack luster. Employee seemed annoyed and bothered to check us out. Interesting that each piece is marked unlike other goodwills where majority is one price by style.
