If their service is as terrible as their driving then avoid at all costs. #114 likes to speed, tailgate dangerously close, and then cut people off after passing them. It’s a bad look for a company when their employees are endangering other folks on the road while operating company vehicles.

I’ve never used this company’s services. However, I’m here echoing similar complaints of extremely unsafe driving, specifically van #46. Tonight it was pouring rain on 495 but that didn’t stop this company van from relentless tailgating and making unsafe lane changes. Not sure what it will take for this company to do something about their horrible drivers.

JPG was called out about noon on a busted pipe…it turned out to be a big job that took 21hrs to correct! An excavation crew and DC workers were present still waiting on full details.

Never used their services, but they certainly can’t drive and love to endanger small children on the road. Cut me off and almost caused a huge accident. Irresponsible in a work vehicle either an owner or employee, not sure. Would hate to know how they act when not representing a company.

Very unhappy to be charged for the technician's commuter time to my location at the same rate that they charge for the actual work. It seems excessive to pay $140/hour before the person even shows up to do any work. I tried to communicate this to the company and they stated, had I been the first call of the day, I would not have been charged this. Doesn't the technician still have to drive to the first customer of the day's location? It felt like unfair business practices and I unfortunately will not be using their services in the future.

Dealing with plumbers is almost universally difficult. At least these are professional and knowledgeable albeit pricey. I would rather pay more for good plumbers and for the job to be done right.

This past Sunday, our toilet not only flooded the bathroom but backed up into our bathtub due to an ancient part - crown seal 0 at the base of the toilet that finally gave way. And even worse, the water was flooding through the floor into the bathroom in the condo below mine. I had the names of 3 plumbers from my landlady and called all 3. Not only did I get a prompt return call back from JPG within 20 minutes but the sales manager who returned the call told me he would find someone who could come as soon as possible. In less than 2 hours, I received another phone call from a plumber who was already at my building! After 10 minutes of checking thoroughly on the mess, the plumber was able to diagnose the problem as the crown seal. Within 45 minutes he had removed the toilet from the floor, replaced the seal, put everything back together and then cleaned up the bathroom as well as the hallway leading to the front door where he had put down plastic sheeting to keep it from getting dirty. I have to say that this company went above and beyond - and on a Sunday - to keep me from losing my sanity in an extremely difficult and stressful situation. The courtesy and care they took from returning my phone call promptly to fixing the toilet - no small job - to leaving everything better than they found it was truly amazing. I recommend them highly! -Rosemary P

Wow! how could he be causing trouble for the others? How do they work another place back to check the pipe, not by people for their permission to open, they give the reason is the landlord and ask them to check every shop pipeline, it is very impolite.
