I have used many copier /printer repair companies over the years but I can honestly say from Sales to Onsite service Laser Line has ALWAYS taken care of me. Great support staff and techs, they don't try to over sell you they just get the job done! I can't thank you guys enough! You are great at what you do, I wish everything in my life was this easy.

Dropped off my newish Brother 3-in-1 color printer (still under warranty!) on Friday because of "drum" error message. Laser Line did a thorough check of all the printer functions and it was ready to be picked up on Monday - outstanding service and I will call them again if this Brother starts acting up again.

Eric is the absolute best!! I walked in without an appointment but had my hp warranty in hand. Eric helped me with my laptop (which they normally do not service) and he was so patient and extremely helpful. I spent 3 hours on the phone with hp troubleshooting, only for Eric to help me in less than 20 minutes in Laser Line. Allison the receptionist was also very helpful and kind. She asked Eric to help me and I’m extremely grateful for their assistance!! Thank you both again very much!

This place is awesome. Everyone is so warm and friendly that I felt like I had been going to them for years.It was my first time and I had never heard of this place until I Goolgled. First impression definitely is good.Chad (super tech) had gone over every detail from what I stated and only God knows what he did, but whatever it was, DYNAMITE!!! Job excellently accomplished. I would very highly recommend "Laser Line" for your printer repair. One should at least get an estimate before getting a new printer due to the fact that it may not be as bad as one might think. This place (in my opinion) is pretty much fair game. No harm in getting an estimate first.

These guys are truly amazing and fab at delivering your service. I just had gone for a dry test run of my printer and they went to the furthest extent any business ever would go considering my situation. You guys are the one truly bringing the less fortunate class and truly serving the society in any businesses that has ever claimed.

Excellent service. Diagnosed a leaking toner cartridge and cleaned my laser printer for the $40 diagnosis fee. Great job and was ready the next day. Highly recommend,

Since 1996, Laser Line has been our "go-to" for all of our printer/plotter needs. They are extremely knowledgeable, very friendly, and their service is exceptional., and their equipment pricing is very reasonable. We will never use any other service for our office equipment.

I didn’t even receive a service but their customer service was probably the best I’ve seen in a while .. from emailing for a quote to walking in the door and having staff help me carry in my printer and giving me all the information knowing they couldn’t help but still being honest and not scamming me with charges. Will def come back to them in the future for any printer issues

Chad was amazing. He got our needs taken care of within 24 hours. We took in a machine that we had managed to break and ultimately we purchased a refurbished machine that was better all around anyway. Chad's communication, customer service focus, and follow through was extraordinary. We are very happy! You should use these folks!

I had some HP LaserJet printers that I need for my work. Chad, the service manager, was knowledgeable and helpful, and he and his staff restored two printers to excellent working condition. The repairs were timely, and the price was reasonable. I am very satisfied, and recommend them highly.

I called Laser Line about a malfunctioning HP laser printer. Chad, the service manager, was amazing. He knew the printer. And from a few questions, he was able to pinpoint the likely source of the problem. From the interaction, I have great confidence in the ability and integrity of this company.

It is wonderful to be able to call a company and just have then come out to repair our printers when needed. Plus they have the toner that we need for our equipment. The toner sale includes installation and cleaning of the printer. A win win!
