very good experience so far. made all arrangements online. it was quick and easy. a but of confusion with initial entry, but staff who just happened to be on-site helped clarify app usage then all was good!

We had unit for 4 years. The units are clean and temperature is comfortable year round. Lee is professional and very knowledgeable.

Extra Space is a disaster. The gates are sometimes propped open all night for like a week which is very concerning. There is often clutter all over and all they want to do about it is hike the prices and offer no deals? They take advantage of the fact that people store large heavy items in units so if they increase prices the customers won't be able to avoid the massive price hikes by moving out. My unit was $79 under Life Storage and was increased to $245 under Extra Space!!!

I’ve been a long-term customer with multiple units at this facility, and I’m extremely disappointed with the service since Extra-Space took over from Life Storage. The new management seems completely out of touch with their customers' needs.
When I inquired about renting an additional unit, I was offered barely the minimum deals available—far below what I had previously received under Life Storage. It feels like my loyalty as a long-term customer counts for nothing now. The lack of consideration for existing customers is frustrating and frankly unacceptable.
I expected a smooth transition with the new management, but instead, it feels like they’re more focused on profits than providing quality service. I would not recommend Extra-Space to anyone looking for a reliable storage solution. They really need to step up their game!

I've been with Life Storage since 9/2023. Julia Lis is an extremely exceptional customer representative. Every time I talk to or see Julie she 1000% extraordinary positively great healthy energy. She deserves more than a raise or a higher position but to be the owner of this establishment to show & teach how to be, act & treat customers, naturally. Thank you Julie for always being the natural real you!

Been with this storage place for 10 years don't do nothing for there long term customers but keep raising the rent...It got so expensive a couple years ago we had moved into another unit on a special and know it's right back up where it was before everything went to the dump...Spent over 6,000 dollars in storage fees and they wouldn't stabilize our rent good bye never again ??

By far the best storage facility in the area. I’ve used multiple other locations before, and nowhere beats the service, pricing and quality of these units. Units are well kept/maintained and there’s always easy access.
A big thank you to Julie as well for making the process as seamless as possible from start to finish. Highly recommend!
