Excellent!
My 2012 BMW x3 needed some minor refinishing on the front and rear bumpers while my passenger side rear door had a long gash on the outer surface. I’m happy to say the car looks great now and the paint job looks like factory quality. I’m also very pleased with the service I received from Heidy, Pedro Sr. and Pedro Jr. They are good, honest, hard working people. Overall I am very satisfied and highly recommend Maaco Jessup the next time your car needs paint and body repair.

The team at Maco did a great job on my Mercedes CLS. They provided a great estimate and fast service. My bumper scratch was completely repaired and the car was hand washed when returned. Great friendly service.

Fantastic work well done, I got the right color green that I always wanted for my car and now my car is the talk of the Town & is turning heads once again. I've had work done at this maaco three different times & will do more business with them in the future if it comes to it. Thank you for helping me build my vision once again also I like to personally think the painter and Heidy for making this moment happen and I hope you guys keep doing business for a long long time. I took my car into fix a dent in my In my rear quarter panel, they did such amazing work that I went back to them to install my custom body kit and paint my car. They worked quickly and the quality of work is amazing. Great didn’t repair. It looked as if nothing ever happened, as well as the paint work was amazing.I would definitely do my business with them again. Great customer service and amazing quality of work for a reasonable price.

The prices have gone up but that is to be expected these days.

This Maaco Collision Repair establishment provided exceptional service in repainting my truck. The results are consistently impressive, exceeding my expectations. So, I needed a dent removed, simple work. According to the website, this location does paintless dent removals. I made the appointment, CLEARLY explaining what I needed and these services were CLEARLY shared on the website. When we arrived, we were told that that specific service is NOT offered and that we "must be confused". Whoever is in charge of the webpage needs to make revisions to reflect the services that this location ACTUALLY offers. Sorry, but this is bad business. On a positive note, the woman was nice enough to provide us with a resource that can help us.

I value my vehicle and I don’t take lightly to anyone doing repairs on it. 2013 ram 1500. Maaco did an excellent job and the customer service was second to none. I appreciate the hospitality and the warm family environment, but yet professional. Thank you!!!

Told me I could pick up my car at noon. I’m currently still sitting here at 2pm waiting for them to finish my car. It was dropped off over a week ago, and the parts were delivered on Friday. It is now Thursday the following week. I never received any communication from them about if my car was ready and had to reach out to remind them. They never reached out and told me they would need longer than expected. Very frustrating experience, though they did a good job with the repairs. Customer service wise they did not do a good job, repair wise everything looks good.
