Don’t know what all the bad reviews are about poor communication or no communication. I brought my truck here in Jan 2025 to find and fix a front end wobble I had on my truck for about3 months that was LITERALLY tearing my truck apart because of the wobble and these guys were VERY informative on what they found, what was needed and, because I live in the local area, called me to ask if I was available to stop in so they could SHOW me what they found before any work was completed. They NEVER asked me to pay prior to ANY work being done AND my bill was upwards of $5k and I didn’t pay until the work was completed. Dropped my truck off on a Monday and by Thursday afternoon my truck was done and was even a few dollars cheaper than what they initially quoted. Not to mention, they notified me 3 times to let me know where they were in the process on the diagnosis and the parts search. I’ve NEVER had a repair shop do that in the history of me having my 2012 Volvo in and out of shops. Unless the negative reviews were under different management when those reviews were posted , I would HIGHLY recommend this shop to anyone needing truck repairs, alignment services, or tires. I told them when I picked up my truck that I will definitely be back!! GREAT SERVICE GUYS!! THANKS AGAIN!!!

don't go there, don't do anything there! Not only is it very expensive, you'll pay first and then you won't be able to go anywhere, they'll say they're all busy and you won't be able to leave, you can stay the next day and wait like an idiot! very very bad, worse than ever!

Maryland Truck Tire Service inc very unprofessional! I was extremely hesitant to return my vehicle due to poor service I received prior so I decided to give them a try again dropped my vehicle off 7/1/24 late yesterday morning for a Front End
wheel Alignment.Called before 8 morning to see if truck has was serviced, I gave name and description of vehicle when Craig answered the phone I was given the wrong information. Stated he left me a voicemail yesterday regarding parts needed for vehicle then says let me call you back return call he’s apologizing i’m sorry we haven’t got to your vehicle and it’s first one up this morning when the tech gets here smh. So now I’m guessing I should or needed to disclose i work in the industry aswell. Get it together Maryland Truck Tire Jessup!!!

I am now on call #4, they answer the phone and say “please hold”, leave you on hold for 5 minutes and then hang up on me, cant even say anything before they put me on hold! Wow!

Very Rude and not pleasant tone! Called to see how busy they are and the guy didn’t wanted to give me a straight answer then he ask me to drop my trailer than come in to shop and when asked him do you have or know any place he said thats your problem. ? and they want business

On 8 July (Friday), current assessment 5 stars; I requested an appointment for an RV front-end alignment over the phone. I was told that they could do the job as a first come first serve base and if I could get the RV in the booth the male voice on the other end was friendly and attentive. I dropped by the shop to verify the fitment of the RV in the booth the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive actually showing me the path the RV had to negotiate into the booth. The engagement went very well communication and understanding were very helpful. I may request the replacement of my rear shocks (Koni are new in the box) also.
(Monday) 0715, current assessment 5 stars; I went to the front desk reminded the gentleman of the Friday conversation, and added the rear shock replacement. The gentleman said that will be 24 hours for the shocks I said that's fine we did the admin paperwork and he took the keys nothing of note very standard interaction.
(Tuesday) 0845, Current assessment 5 stars. I received a phone call that the RV shocks were installed but the RV needs new kingpins to do the alignment. I will pick up the RV and bring it to the normal mechanic (B&G services) due to the Kingpins being replaced in April of last year (with maybe 4000 miles on them) for inspection and replacement then back for alignment. The staff at the facility were very helpful of note they advised me that the kingpin must be greased all the time (pretty adamant about this?). (Update to follow)
