On 8 July (Friday), current assessment 5 stars; I requested an appointment for an RV front-end alignment over the phone. I was told that they could do the job as a first come first serve base and if I could get the RV in the booth the male voice on the other end was friendly and attentive. I dropped by the shop to verify the fitment of the RV in the booth the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive actually showing me the path the RV had to negotiate into the booth. The engagement went very well communication and understanding were very helpful. I may request the replacement of my rear shocks (Koni are new in the box) also.(Monday) 0715, current assessment 5 stars; I went to the front desk reminded the gentleman of the Friday conversation, and added the rear shock replacement. The gentleman said that will be 24 hours for the shocks I said that's fine we did the admin paperwork and he took the keys nothing of note very standard interaction.(Tuesday) 0845, Current assessment 5 stars. I received a phone call that the RV shocks were installed but the RV needs new kingpins to do the alignment. I will pick up the RV and bring it to the normal mechanic (B&G services) due to the Kingpins being replaced in April of last year (with maybe 4000 miles on them) for inspection and replacement then back for alignment. The staff at the facility were very helpful of note they advised me that the kingpin must be greased all the time (pretty adamant about this?). (Update to follow)

They are a waste of time. The people at the front desk are rude and racist. My truck sat there forever while I patiently waited and they still never got to it for days. Later they told me they don’t have the tools to replace my aluminum wheels which I think was a lie. I had to take my truck to another place and it was done the same day with excellent customer service.

Traveling the USA with our fifth wheel trailer pulled by a RAM 3500 Laramie Longhorn dually. Camping at Fort Meade MD and left rear inner dually developed a slow leak. Called for an appointment and talked with Craig, said first come first served so was there before 0700 hrs. They got me right in, quickly found a slowly leaking valve stem and replaced it. Outstanding customer service and friendly folks there - seems hard to find these days. I highly recommend Maryland Truck Tire Services. Thanks guys!

I purchased a medium duty truck so wife and I could move ourselves to a a southern state for retirement, so I took the truck to Md. Truck Tire for state inspection. To make a long story short, I paid over $6,100.00 for a Md. state safety inspection, an oil/filter change, a complete exhaust system, a handful of light bulbs, and a repair on the truck box. They charged me for a right front brake hose that was not done, they did not replace the air filter as requested, they did not adjust engine belt tensions as requested, they did bot adjust the rear brakes as requested, they did not catch they loose drag link as required by Md. state inspection, and there may be other inspection issues I have not yet found, but the Maryland State Police Automotive Safety Enforcement Division may very well be able to find them. I am seriously contemplating contacting the ASED and have them get involved. To make the whole thing just a bit worse, Md. Truck Tire had the vehicle for a month, and we are on a timeline of sorts because we bought a home in Alabama and only have a given period of time to move. Immediately after getting the truck back we loaded the 16ft. box with household effects and furniture and headed south, but we did not even get to Richmond Virginia before the engine tried to over heat from the loose belts that had not been adjusted. To say that I am unhappy is a relative understatement

I am a owner operator of a hotshot truck company. I took my truck for a front end alignment since I just installed new tires and I know I had a long run coming up. Upon calling, I was told that service was 1st come 1st serve. I got in to the shop about 7:40am and they opened at 7. The guy behind the desk told me that my truck should be done around 12ish. So I left and called backb in to check the status of the truck at 12:40pm when I was informed that my truck had not been pulled in. (No problem. I just needed the truck done by the end of the day). I got a call at 1 something stating that I needed a tie rod end to complete the alignment. I Agreed to let them source the part and align my front end. Fast forward to 4:17pm I was advised that the part did not come in and they closed at 4:30pm. Now I have to put the truck back on the road with new tires with a bad alignment. After allotting the day for them to get the work done. IT WAS A WASTE OF MY TIME AND A DAY. NO ONE SEEMS TO CARE WHEN ITS NOT THERE PROBLEM.
