I MUST share my experience dealing with Movers USA. Not only was each mover/packer exceptional, the materials used were impressive. These aren’t cheap boxes ladies/gents! I dealt a lot with the CEO, Sharon who is one outstanding individual. He is a honest, caring and one fantastic man which I have had the pleasure of meeting. He took care of the move of my mom from MD to NC, and assisted with the move from one NC house to another. His pricing was more than fair, his trucks clean with their insignia clearly marked along with each packet/mover with the insignia marked on their shirts. The furniture was blanketed and wrapped to cause no damage, grandfather clock dismantled and packed so carefully. The movers/packers were MORE than gracious when shifting around furniture/boxes. If you’re looking to move, I can HONESTLY say without ANY reservations, contact Movers USA. You will NOT be disappointed! I am SO impressed! Moving is stressful enough, but they honestly do take care of your possessions. I seriously could go on and on about how wonderful this move was! Thank you for your time!

Movers USA was outstanding from start to finish. I always spoke to Laura on the phone and she was professional, clear in the information she provided, and answered all my questions. The 3 movers were Alberto, Vitelio and Anna. They also were professional, as well as very courteous, and extremely quick and efficient. The move did take longer than I expected but it was partly due to the fact that they wrapped every piece of heavy and/or fragile piece of furniture with a blanket and then used plastic wrapping to keep the blankets secure. They worked non-stop from 10-5 without taking a break for lunch. They really took the stress off of me, as once we did an initial discussion of what was being moved from each room (we did not have them move everything) they worked fairly independently. I would highly recommend Movers USA if you’re looking for a great mover!

This is our 3rd time using Movers USA. Their service and pricing are the best. They show up on time, work quickly and make certain everything is done right before they leave. You can't go wrong choosing Movers USA. If we move again we will certainly call them.

I booked Movers USA for furniture re-arrangement within my house. I was booked for an arrival time between 1 and 3pm. A little after 3pm, I received a phone call saying they would now be there between 5 and 6pm. No phone calls after, and I thought I was scammed/they weren’t coming! The movers, although super nice, did not show up until after 8pm!!!! I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the company prior to the arrival that day, and I left a voicemail to be called back due to my extreme disappointment. To this day, I’ve not received a phone call back. No apology - nothing! Additionally, walls were scratched in the move process. In my opinion, workers did not look strong enough to move what we needed. Would not book again.

I have to share how impressed we were by Movers USA, Alberto, his whole team, and Laura Davis in customer service for her help along the way. First of all, their estimated price was so much better than the other estimates that I was not sure they understood our needs. I spoke with Laura many, many, many times. Every time she was always professional, polite, courteous, helpful, & knowledgeable! I had so many questions and she was always well prepared to provide answers and reassurance on many occasions. She is an amazing representative for Movers USA!
Alberto and his team were tremendous! Everyone worked hard and diligently that even on a cold February day they were breaking a sweat! They were constantly active and performed so well in carefully wrapping and boxing almost 400 boxes along with numerous pieces of heavy furniture. They are all vibrant and full of energy as they eagerly loaded the truck with all of those boxes and many large heavy pieces of furniture. The entire team was extremely impressive in their outstanding performance. Please accept our sincere and grateful appreciation for the performance of the whole team and their fantastic delivery. Job well done!! I offer my highest recommendation to everyone to select Movers USA for a fantastic price and great value for all of your local or long distance moving needs!

Amazing! We are a furniture company out of Sacramento, CA and when FedEx freight seriously dropped the ball and stranded our clients Thanksgiving day table at their warehouse the day before Thanksgiving. Movers USA saved the day for us and made special accommodations to get our clients table to them in time. They were extremely friendly, professional at a reasonable price. I can not recommend them enough.

I recently used Movers USA for a move from Howard County to Montgomery County. I hadn't hired professional movers before so honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But without a doubt, I was 100% impressed with the scheduling process and the move itself. I contacted Movers USA only two weeks before my move and they were incredibly accommodating. I worked with Laura who scheduled me and walked me through the initial booking process where she asked about the items to be moved and answered any questions I had along with providing a pretty accurate quote/estimate. I called Laura twice more within a two week span to ask questions and to even add TWO stops between the apartment I was moving out of and the new apartment I was moving into. Laura was patient with my multiple questions and last-minute changes. On moving day, three gentlemen showed up to my rather small apartment parking lot, carefully maneuvered and parked the moving truck, and got started immediately. They even worked graciously around a junk removal team I hired which showed up a few minutes before Movers USA did. They worked quickly and carefully and were very accommodating when it came to making multiple stops. Moreover, they came prepared with special packing equipment to package my flat-screen TVs after I neglected to make plans to properly pack the televisions. All in all, I definitely recommend going with this company for your moving needs. I’ll be moving into a new home with my parents next year and have already made plans to hire this moving company again in the future.

This was my Fourth move with Movers USA. Always do a great job. Careful with packing and moving challenging pieces. I had a great crew, Vitelio, Elmer and Alberto for the second time. Highly recommend.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Super, super professional, efficient and reliable! They took extra precaution for ALL items + added extra padding the ones we were worried about - monitors, frames, and certain furniture.
If you want to be WORRY-FREE about your belongings when you move, these are the guys! Going to be our go-to movers for everything & anything!!

Expertise was readily evident. All packing was accomplished with great care. The baby grand piano was the biggest worry for damage and they were perfect taking care of it. Overall the whole team was pleasant and professional. Everything they said they would do was done extremely well. Couldn’t be any happier.
