This place is filthy. I have never been here but I always thought it looked nice Well at least on the outside. The area where they make sandwiches and keep the deli meat there's mold growing around the edges I was going to get a sub and I said no.
Then the area where they keep the lids for the drink was dirty with gunk, black stains and the fingerprints and everything it was horrible. I'm surprised the health department hasn't come and inspected this place. I had planned to get food but I just ended up with a bottle Pepsi.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The chicken guy frank had the worst attitude possible. His store lead Tamika continued to argue with my mother and I when we stated our order came out wrong. Frank and Tamika both continuously threw their hands and made faces at us when we spoke to them. Instead of fixing our order Frank made someone else’s order and continued to mumble under his breath. Worst experience possible ! Can’t believe Tamika did not receive the proper trainings for her job position.

This was my first time ever at a Royal Farms, I got a slushie (which only had 1 size of cups available in medium) and 2 donuts. Along with 2 cups of water since I had people in the car with me. When I got to the checkout I went to the cashier check out line because I needed help with check out. The cashier at the checkout line was busy talking about personal matters to a guest on the other side of the counter. I waited about a minute or two and then she finally finishes her personal conversation and then comes back to the counter and asks me in a tone that came off as rude to me why I didn't just use the self check out line. She then started ringing stuff up and was trying to charge me for one of the waters saying that they only allow 1 water per purchase (I was purchasing 2 things) I then asked for a manager because I wanted to speak to them about the service I was receiving between the charging for water, the personal conversation happening and then the rude level of service. She then stated that she was the manager (i am not sure if this is true or not but she had the same blue shirt as a couple others in the store and there was only 1 person in the store with a green shirt) I asked for a minute to look up whether they charged for the water and she told me I couldn't look it up inside (even though I was the only one in the store) she then refused to help me by ringing me up and told me if I wanted to check out I would now need to use the self checkout. I had an issue ringing up my donuts and I tried to ask for help but she didn't want to help. Luckily the employee with the green shirt helped me with the issue. This was my first time trying a Royal Farms and a good chance it will be my last when I have been going to sheetz and Wawa for years and have always had good customer service and on my first time ever here it went down like this. This was a hostile situation for me being scolded by an employee when I was trying to remain nice and just check out.

I just ate 2 of the freshest wings from store 230. This is how chicken should be. When your chicken gets too old and hard either throw it out or discount it for customers who don't mind. I haven't eaten fresh chicken from RF in some time. Most of the time I get it just to have something in my stomach after a long shift at work. Today gave me hope. I wish I had ordered more?

Ridiculous prices even for their "deals" The parking lot is insanely busy and hard to even find a spot or to get a gas pump. The place smells like bleach when you walk in. The chicken is soggy.

Ordered 2 separate kitchen items. They made 2 of the same item on accident. After bringing the receipt to ask for the issue to be corrected, I was gaslight by the employee and told he wouldn't remake the correct item for me

Bathroom are "Out of Order" because the lazy employees don't want to have to clean the bathroom.
The coffee and soda stations are also out of order because the lazy employees can't be bothered to service the stations.

Great cashiers and customer service. I love their free fee ATM machines. Gas prices are the most reasonable in the neighborhood.

Worst royal farms the association are very rude and disrespectful.I try to call and talk to a manager about my concerns with there employees they hung the phone up on me..

A problem when using cards at gas pumps and the chicken smells very bad and the fries worse. I bought 10 chicken and potato pizzas for the trash. I don't recommend it personally.

Worker are seriously not that smart with how they talk or treat customers. They don’t care about safety at all boxes out at risk to fall on people and they profile people. They don’t have items stocked and can’t keep them stocked

I will avoid this location at all costs. they are thieves. they charged me 1.90 for a water I never took out the store. it's bad enough they are overcharging on the boiled eggs. it says 1.49 and it's 1.69 at the register. Horrible location
