Rude is an understatement. The lady who answered the phone was extremely combative. She refused to let me get a word in or provide me with the number to their corporate office. She just kept repeating, "We are the sales office." I believe this is behavior she exhibits often. She refused to give me her name or transfer me to a supervisor.

Horrible service. Cancelled install for my doors, then show up without the garage door openers. This will cost my wife and I around $600 of lost wages due to their incompetence.

I had this door done approximately a year ago it’s a garage door at the front of my house. The breeze was barely, blowing when the whole top of the garage door came down it took six months for him to replace it he replace it, but did not painted it also the photograph. It’s been over five months that I’m waiting for him to come back and paint it. He doesn’t answer phone calls doesn’t answer text and doesn’t respond to his email or his phone message. I had to call him three times to come and adjust the remote for the doors. You will be standing right next to the door and it won’t open or close. I have a five year warranty with this company. It’s been six months and he has no call. Come by or try to fix his product as promised please do not do business with this person..

Marsha the sales rep is beyond rude. Always a problem getting help with products. I feel like she hates the world lol.. If I didn't work for a company that needs Wayne dalton products in the area, I would never use this company ever again. Wayne dalton should hire some friendlier people. This locations customer service is trash.

Rep REFUSED to sell me a replacement spring; said they won't sell to homeowners - only to dealers, who want to charge $150 to install it (a 15 minute job easily learned on YouTube)! Very short-sighted, since the springs are available from many online retailers. This policy is obviously very outdated, given the online resources available to consumers these days.
