Honestly not my favorite place to stay. Ladies at the front always great and helpful but the overall accommodations and facilities are lacking. Inside is pretty.

Took a long time to check in and the walls are extremely thin. Hope you like sharing conversations with the person next to you. Also, paying full rate for a room that doesn’t allow you access to full climate control is wild.

Lady at the front desk was passed out at 2:30am. Acted like us needing rooms was a huge inconvenience. Maintenance stopped by for a bedbug check and found nothing only to find an infestation minutes later. Hallways look like they haven’t been vacuumed in months.I would expect better from this base. For the price, just stay somewhere else for a significantly better experience.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. This billeting location is not commensurate with commercial housing based on the price. It's located in the center of the base, away from all base services (which also close at about 5-6 pm). In the adjacent town, the services are also limited. The rooms themselves have some sort of odor and are pretty dirty. If you can, stay somewhere else.

Staff was friendly but my room was gross and outdated. The carpet in the hallway looks like it hadn't been cleaned in years. Sadly I don't have a choice but to stay here when flying in/out of the AMC pax terminal. Always dread this stay.

Room was good location was ok. 1 star is for no breakfast and if you check out 5 min late because your kids had to go to the bathroom or you too a wrong turn on this base and got to the reception desk let they charge you for an extra night. There is no written policy they do not explain that to you before you arrive. You show up and that is what they say. Who does that??? 5 min late and they charge you for an extra night.Never stay here if you have kids or if you do not know exactly how to get to the reception to check out.

Tried to reserve the room over the phone, waited 30 min on hold, and gave up. Reserved it online, was told i’d get a confirmation in the email, never received it. Tried calling to confirm, again 30 min on hold. Someone answered “please hold”. I said i’ve been holding just need to confirm the reservation. The lady says “i have another caller on the line, but i’ll help you”. She was able to finally confirm it.Upon arrival the front desk staff was friendly. Go up to my room, key cards stopped working almost immediately. Had to go back down to figure it out. A lot of trash on the floor in the hallways, and in the elevator, nothing was cleaned my entire stay. In the morning I went down to get some food, no breakfast included, so i tried to get something from the store. Go up to the front desk to pay and one of staff members says in not a very friendly manner “give us a minute, we are in a middle of a shift change”. So I awkwardly stand in the middle of the lobby while 4 women talk housekeeping stuff for 5 minutes, until someone notices me. Overall, not very presidential- like hotel. Some staff members are friendlier than others.

Great hotel! The staff was friendly, professional and efficient. They went above and beyond to make the guests feel welcome and let them know of all of the amenities at the hotel and nearby. I did report an issue with the AC in my room and they had it fixed within a couple of hours.

First off, the cleaning staff are very friendly, and would always say hello when passing(so nice!). They provide complementary hot chocolate, tea, and coffee in the glass room next to the main entrance. If you look there are also packets of salt, pepper, suger etc to season it. The hallways and room are clean. It came with a medium fridge that has a adjustable temperature and a mini freezer with a ice cube tin. The only sink there is- is in the bathroom. TAKE NOTICE- they do not provide any dishes or washcloths, only two plastic cups in the bathroom and two paper cups for the coffee maker. So make sure to keep anything you have from take out for later use, or bring your own. There is a lovely walking path in the forest to take a stroll in, and there's a covered walkway connecting to the conference building.Overall, since they don't provide breakfast it's not worth the price($150 per night). But it's a great place to stay for a day.

BLUF... stay elsewhere off base. People only stay at base lodging for security purposes anyway. The service is below average, the walls are dirty, blinds are damaged, and stains on the blankets. Had to request a different room because the first one was so bad, and the 2nd one was no better.
