Hate this location. Every time I come here my orders are wrong, and I've met angry cats nicer than the staff. Not sure how you can unblend a blended beverage but this place has perfected it.

They mess my drink up every time… mocha cookie crumble had no cookie crumble, no toppings, no drizzle.. tasted like chocolate ice and I added caramel syrup.

No priority at all for those who placed an orders ahead of time. I placed an order on the app waited for the ETA and still I waited while customers who were in line got their order ahead of me

Very rude staff. I watched them go through about 25 customers in a row from all walks of life. For about 80% of the customers there was no welcoming "hi, can I help you," nor anything welcoming/professional. Their attitude is "what do you want" like you're bothering them or something - to even the youngest most innocent behaving of our enlisted personnel. To roughly 60% of the customers they don't even say the total when it's time to pay. When they give out drinks I thought it was weird and suspicious how deliberately selective they seemed to be about who they say "thank you" or "have a nice day" to, even though almost single customer said "thank you" to them as they picked up their drinks. Very very bizarre, and just unfriendly.Lastly, and even more disturbing, on the back of their shirts they are wearing logos of orgnanizations that are aligned with political leanings. There is no place for any of this rudeness nor political nonsense on a military base. If this is how it's going to be, just please kick starbucks off the base. Military members don't need this when they're just trying to grab a coffee and get back to work.

I'm not sure what happened....when they were a stand-alone store the customer service way SO MUCH BETTER!!! But now the staff all stand around talking to each other and as customers we just have to wait in them. Store is clean and the food is what you would w. It's just going down hill when it comes to customer satisfaction

WORSE customer service… consistently! It’s clear whoever is running this Starbucks does not encourage sense of urgency or great customer service!Despite ordering the same coffee daily from other locations… every time I come here they never make it the same.Corporate needs to investigate this location. Our Military members deserve better on a base!

There's a young lady with blue hair, horrible customer service, if you don't like your job then get another one. Did an online order, and waited about 10 m I asked her to look at the online order ticket and she didn't care, i got the wrong coffee. Didn't want to argue, it was not worth my time.

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been too! Waited for 20 minutes couldn't make one of our drinks and didn't let us know. Gave us the wrong order of food even the the order online sticker has specifically what it was supposed to be. Plus the bag the food was in, was disgusting looked like it was laying out on the counter for hours. Workers also have attitude. I would say the ambiance isn't horrible but can feel the impatient vibes from customers waiting 30 plus minutes for the WRONG ORDER.
