Great training services

I called them to get info on on their dog training services and methodology. Nice friendly person and offering all details, but for 1 hour session once per week for 6 weeks is $2,000 includes purchase of an eCollar I think is out of control. They have one other abbreviated program for $1,000. Many trainers are trying to take advantage of the dog owner surge from COVID as many other services have been doing. I don't even think dog trainer celebrity Ceasar would command that price and if he does at least I know he's worth it and I may get to be on TV ? ? If you have that money to throw away go ahead, but I'm certainly not.

Blue Line K-9 helped shape our dog into a well mannered part of our family. We adopted Reese when he was 7.5 years old. He had some issues but Blue line helped us and him work through them. Reese loved going once a week. The staff was absolutely amazing. They were knowledgeable, friendly, answered all our questions and treated our dog as if it was their own. I would highly recommend Blue line k-9 in Joppa for any of your dog training needs.

If you want to have a great healthy lifestyle with your dog take them here! ALL the trainers and staff here are amazing, extremely knowledgeable, respectful and so very kind to the dogs and owners. You can trust Blue Line with your dog. I did a HUGE amount of research finding the appropriate place to train and board my dog before actually committing to Blue Line. I drive 2 hrs just to bring Ace for training or boarding. I wouldn’t trust any other company with Ace.

I enrolled my German Shepherd last year in one of their training courses. He graduated but after several months, I need additional help. All of the staff are amazing and put me at ease and we came up with a plan of action to get Tucker back on course and to help me gain confidence in handling him. Great place - thank you!

Blue Line K9 has been an integral part of our dog Oscars well being. I cannot stress this enough. About a year ago we needed some pretty intensive training and Blue Line was there to help, I honestly don’t know where we would be today without them. Oscar was and is a very special case. They have given us the tools we needed to handle our boy and as a result he is living a happy, content life. Complete with “work” , structure and of course play… They just really know what they are doing there. Knowledgeable about all things dog. And really quite talented at helping us humans understand our canine companions as well. We have found them to be a wealth of information and support. Our trainer is very special to us and has become an extended part of our pack. So happy to have found such a great facility and trainers.

I pulled my then just 4 month old pup out of their group training after the 2nd (out of 6) session due to the trainer's behavior. Once the trainer learned where I took my puppy for socialization daycare, the trainer continued to badmouth this place, not only to me but also to the other humans present, during the ENTIRE session. I overheard this trainer having a conversation with another pet parent at the session calling my puppy 'VICIOUS"! **There's some unpleasant history between Blue Line K9 and my puppy's daycare**. Negative talk, around and directly AT my puppy and I, is NOT conducive for a positive training outcome! Additionally, I toured their other training and boarding facility on Singer Road. It was dark, damp and cold, and the pens inside and outside were very scary and uncomfortable looking. The dogs sounded terribly stressed too. I only saw a very, very small room for indoor training.I didn't ask for a refund (I knew it would be totally fruitless) nor was offered a one. I certainly do not recommend anything about Blue Line K-9, not one thing.

Very nice people. Unfortunately were unable to board my senior dog at the Singer Rd, Joppatowne, MD location. Unless you enroll your dog for training classes they don't provide boarding services. But they did refer me to Hickory Kennel in Harford County for boarding/kennel services.

Our puppy loves this place and so do we! They work with him for the day and he gets to play with his friends in a safe controlled environment. He also comes home tired which is a bonus.

BLK9 has been a lifesaver! Our dog came from Iraq last year, full of fear and anxiety which presented as aggression. She is a large dog and was very hard to handle in every way. In just a few short months, we have a different dog!Everyone at BLK9 has been wonderful to work with. They are very knowledgeable and responsive. Working with both our dog … and us has been a great experience.

Everyone is very knowledgeable, friendly, understanding, and accommodating to me and my pup at Blue Line! We have really enjoyed our experience. My pup has been challenging in many ways and everyone at Blue Line is happy and ready to jump in and help us.

At this point, Blue Line K-9 is family! They have been a life saver for us! Our Snoopy loves everyone at Blue Line! We wouldn't trust anyone else with him. Thank you for ALL you have done for us! We are eternally grateful!

Your dog will receive excellent training. The reason I deducted a star is because the office portion of the business is almost unpalatable. Once you start working with the trainers you will be glad you endured getting your dog in. I own a care dog. I was able to train the care disciplines I need and never asked them to. The owner diagnosed the behavior issues we were having and his staff has taught me and her how to work through and reduce them with constant training and reinforcement. Without Blueline I would not have an obedient dog that I can take out in public to perform the service needs I have.
