I phoned about getting an estimate for a repair. They were able to look at my vehicle right away, and we scheduled the repair to take place about 10 days later. That first visit was great. Unfortunately, when I returned to drop the vehicle off on the scheduled date, they had no record of my appointment. I decided to go elsewhere for the repair.
In reply to response from owner:
You've confirmed the issue. I made an appointment for service; and when I arrived at the appointed time, there was no record of or preparation for the scheduled repair of my vehicle. Nikki did remember having met with me previously, but it seems that nothing was written down following that meeting.
