Haven’t been to sheets in a very long time. This location is the closest to me cause I live in Havre De Grace MD
The customer service was outstanding!!!Me and my boyfriend came in to try the tacos and wow our new favorite 🤤we bought 1-6pk to split and came back for another order😋

I thought this location did a great job of getting me served quickly and accurately. The food was tasty.
The restroom was clean
The sodas are cold and the coffee was hot. Nothing to complain about here.
There is a good amount of parking and the gas pumps were not overly crowded or backed up into travel lanes. Thanks
$5.99 for a cup of onion petals was a little bit steep, but the sauce was delicious.

Just placed a mobile order for a curly fry platter with chili, sour cream, and cheese. Also, large boneless bites, and a bag of fries. Received a small order of the bites and a hardly full cup of curly fries, none of my selected toppings. Paying for nothing. Guess we won't be stopping here everyday anymore.

Went there on a Saturday. 6 people in store not crowded at all. No lids, no straws, no napkins, store looked like a tornado hit it.
I ordered a sub and burrito. I waited 40 minutes before I asked for a refund. Manager never apologized and whole store was a disgusting mess.
I was looking forward to having a Sheetz locally but was disappointed and won't be back.

Had an issue with my rewards card discount for gas. Entire staff is super patient and helpful! went above and beyond to make it right. If you’re on Route 40 you should be getting your gas here.

This was my first time trying it, and the fried chicken was delicious. However, I felt like I wanted to help the staff working there because they were slow in preparing the food. lol

If this review went up a year ago, it'd be close to 5 stars. The current team behind the kitchen needs to be retrained, or fired. The food came out cold, and took over 30 minutes to be prepared. This was not even during peak business hours. I stood amongst maybe a dozen people all equally frustrated because the team of 4 back there would not stop talking, laughing, and acting like no one was in the store, it seemed like they were making some new kid prepare everything while they "taught" him. An embarrassing representation of the Sheetz corporation I grew up loving in PA.
