84 Lumber provides excellent customer service, with staff who help resolve issues and assist with loading purchases. The business offers better service, pricing, and lumber quality compared to big box stores. However, some customers find the phone greeting abrupt. While they carry a wide range of materials, some specific items may need to be ordered and are not always immediately available.
Worked with Kevin to resolve a long-overdue material issue that I had with my builder. It wasn't 84 Lumber's responsibility to work with me directly, but they did anyhow. Excellent customer service! Thank you, Kevin!

Better service, better pricing and better Lumber than the Big Box stores like Home Depot & Lowes. Oh and you don’t have to hunt for someone to help you load the truck. The guy who rings you up helps you load. Finally some Great Customer Service!!!
