My wife and I scheduled an appointment with salesman Lance for August 2, 2025 to look at a 2025 Jayco Jay Feather 27MK. From the second we walked through the doors and met Lance, we knew this going to be a great experience! Lance took us to where the 27MK was parked and told us to take as long as needed to look over the camper. Zero sales stress!! Lance took care of the paperwork and returned on August 6, 2025 to sign the paperwork, drop off our trade in, and complete the paperwork. Bert handled this part. Lance and Bert are the consummate professionals!!! Chesaco's shop shop tech (I don't recall his name) did a thorough walk around!! If anyone is looking to purchase a new camper and doesn't want any pressure, I highly recommend to set up and appointment with Lance and Bert!!! Thank you guys for a great experience!! Joe

Complete disaster. Communication on our deal was horrible. With excellent credit ratings we were given a very high interest rate and then with no notification while sitting down signing the paperwork we were told that our interest rate was going to be even higher yet with the length of payment terms changing also. We are completely happy with the Jayco brand of rv that we purchased. There are many other locations to buy them. My fault for not doing my homework.

We cannot say enough good things about Chesaco. We had to get emergency maintenance on our RV literally the day that we were supposed to leave for a trip! They were able to work us into their system, thankfully. They were kind, efficient, and honest, and luckily we only had to postpone for a short time due to their hard work. We truly appreciate their patience and understanding!

I had such a good experience with the parts and service department recently, that I deleted a negative review from 4 years ago regarding the same department. What’s the difference between 2021 and 2025? Manager Hal Neat who’s only been there since 2023 or so. We had a hitch motor go bad and a few smaller items that needed attention and we had a huge 12-day camping trip coming up in two weeks with hundreds of non-refundable dollars riding on campground reservations- if you know anything about camper repair and service, you know turnaround time is not their strong suit, but god bless Hal - he UNDERSTOOD THE ASSIGNMENT- he noted the time crunch, remembered us, returned calls, followed-up, and despite getting the wrong parts delivered twice and some things out of stock, he got our trailer back to us in the nick of time! With all these challenges - and knowing he was busy with a hundred other little fires - each person thinking their situation deserved the most attention- it would have been easy for him to say, “sorry, we couldn’t make the deadline” but he went the extra mile and made it happen all while remaining friendly and professional. Whatever Chesaco pays him is not enough because he literally keeps customers for repeat business. You don’t find that kind of attention to detail everywhere these days, I will always be grateful that we didn’t miss our trip. Thanks, Hal!

We brought our new Class C to Chesaco for some warranty work(where we bought from was over two hours away)Everything was taken care of in a timely fashion. Also after suggesting we get a catalytic converter anti theft strap installed, let us know at pickup that we actually already had one and refunded the money charged(over$1000). It was raining VERY heavily the day it was dropped off so Hal couldn’t see the existing one. Very pleased with their honesty, they could have kept the money, told me it was installed, and I would have been none the wiser! Very happy with our service, we will return here if need be. Thanks Hal and fellow workers!!

Had a great experience for our first time buying a camper, all the employees were great and very helpful, Lance was a great salesman and also the guy forgot his name from Rosedale lol, was great in walking us though the camper and showing us how everything worked

The worst experience I’ve had. Zero communication. Service department was always “with a customer” when calling to get updates. Took 6 weeks to get our camper AC fixed. Said all the parts were in stock and the next day the thermostat was out of stock. Waited until the thermostat we ordered came in, which ended up being faulty, to tell us that we could just use a remote if we wanted the system we got. Will not go back and will tell everyone to avoid like the plague.

Recently had to contact Chesaco RV Joppa, MD due to an issue I had with our recently purchased RV. After speaking with their service dpartment regarding the problem that was being experienced, an appointment for service was scheduled and the RV was dropped off on the scheduled date. The service manager called later that same day to advise what the problem was and advised of another issue that they had dicovered during their inspection of the trailer. The service manager advised of the process for repairs and the time frame to complete those repairs. When the repairs were completed, he called and advised that we could pick up the trailer and scheduled a date to pick it up. The service personnel were very friendly and I was in awe of the short amount of time in which the repairs were completed.
Several years prior to this we had purchased an RV from a dealer in Southern Md and had an issue with it, We took it in for service and they had it for three months and didn't do anything to correct the problem.
Thank you Chesaco Joppa RV for restoring my faith in RV servicing.
