“The store was very clean and has a lot of options. However it is sad to see only one employee working a lot of the time. I saw Mary take my $5 coupon even though see didn't notice that I saw the theft of of her being sneaky when I was putting my items in the cart. She also was trying to get me to buy less because it was clearance items. She explained she had to manually ring each item and I had an entire cart full of merchandise. I was shocked she took my coupon thinking I did not notice! This problem should be rectified immediately! Being as though she was the only employee I wasn't able to handle this with anyone! However I was glad to not be followed like the store in Pasadena!”
“I have to visit this Dollar Store on my way home because it is out of my way. They usually have more selection and stocked better than the Dollar Stores closer to me.”

“Nice Dollar Tree, located in Bel Air, MD. This store is pretty big and spacious. It is easily accessible since it is at the end of the shopping center. The store has a good variety of items and is always well stocked. They have a decent food and beverage isle, and the place is relatively clean. I've been coming here for several years and never had any negative issues.”

“This is probably the most organized Dollar Tree in this area and shoppers have atleast 4 others to choose from in a 5 mile radius. I like that the inventory is actually on the shelves and displayed instead of a bunch of boxes blocking the aisles and junk everywhere. Whoever the mgr is... they've done a great job to turn this store around.”

“Every time I go into this store. There's a young lady that has the greatest customer service skills I have ever seen. I was there today, buying balloons. She welcomes you in the store. Asks if she can help you. And generally has the best personality. The world needs more people like her. It truly is a pleasure going in the store.”
“Very well stocked with lots of selection, this dollar tree is now $1.25. The price increase appears to have allowed them to carry a nicer variety of craft and party goods. As always, the staff here is super nice. The shopping center is sketchy, but has been fixed up a bit. It's still best to go in daylight.”

“This store is sooooooo much better then it was before. The new employees actually care to help there customers. I had this one employee name Annie she was so sweet to help me and my mother look for items we could not find. The store is cleaner and stocked way better. This will forever be my home store. Angie, the manager, has done an exceptional job of creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that truly feels like a family environment. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a friendly "hello," "good morning," or "good evening," which is genuine and makes every visit feel special.The entire team, including Ray and Larry, consistently goes above and beyond to assist customers with whatever they need. During my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of interacting with Heather and Donya. Heather, who was working as a cashier, greeted me with a friendly smile and noticed that I wasn't quite myself. She took the time to ask if everything was okay, which meant the world to me. It's the little things like this that make all the difference.Doyna was incredibly helpful on the floor, going out of her way to assist me in locating an item for my grandson. Her kindness and willingness to help did not go unnoticed.Overall, I am truly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Family Dollar and its amazing staff. “The staff here is very friendly. I shop here and many other Dollar Trees very often. There's a African American gentleman who's almost always stocking shelves when I'm here. He is always very friendly and always puts effort into helping customers before they even ask. He is awesome.”
