“Very helpful and knowledgeable business. John talked to me until we came up with a resolution for my needs. Gave advice for me to make a (no brainer) decision he said and that was making a purchase elsewhere because they currently did have what I was looking for. Very easy to talk to and they are willing to help for any reason. They will definitely be my go to audio store in the future. I wish I lived closer to them to visit their store for that it looks bad ass on the web site. Thanks John”

“I do love this store, but I don't like the CVS staff. They're pretty rude and don't give a lot of details about medicines or products. They always give my mom a hard time and complain about everything if we ask them a question. Could be better, but overall the target is real nice!”

“Recently my wife and I bought a pair of Apple Watches from Best Buy for store pickup. After infuriating talks with both Best Buy and or service provider over the phone, we returned to the actual store for help activating. I will say that one thing you’ll never get with online stores is the great customer service we received in the actual store. The phone tech guy, Ryan, was very helpful and friendly. He calmly and professionally walked us through the process, and made us feel very welcomed. We even bought bigger straps and a case for our new Apple Watches solely based on how well he treated us. We will definitely be back, and ask for him by name for any future assistance we might need. Thanks again, Ryan!”
“Austin was super helpful and personable! I came in to get my cellular transferred from my old phone to a new one that had already been delivered and mostly set up by myself. It took him less than 10 minutes to fix. Great experience!”

“The T-Mobile branch on Eastern Boulevard in Essex, Maryland, provided excellent service. Mr. Carlos and Steve were incredibly helpful and delivered amazing customer service. Before finding this location, I visited three other branches where I had horrible experiences and received no help. I had to travel 32 minutes to find this store, but it was completely worth it because they resolved my issues with no problems at all. I definitely recommend this store.”

“It is 8/20/2023 , 7pm. I stopped at this 711 per chance as I’m traveling from Florida to NY. Just so happened to stop here to grab some ice. I don’t usually leave reviews for regular in and out stores but I had to leave a comment because I was so pleasantly surprised by the female worker who was on staff tonight. She was holding doors for customers, and even carried an older gentleman’s drink tray to his car and waited for him to get in the car to hand it to him. I’m not sure if this is normal for employees out here as I’m from NYC but I’ve never seen a 711 employee go above and beyond in that manner. I don’t know her name but I hope the manager sees this and knows who I’m speaking about. Top tier employee, she deserves a raise. All 7/11 employees could learn a thing or two from this woman! God bless her!”
“The manager is wonderful and very accommodating. However, I did have a bad experience today with the self checkout. I still love this store and couldn't rate them badly based off of my one bad experience. I do hope the manager does have a conversation with the employee who provided the nasty experience.”

“I misplaced my SIM card when I switched it out for a European one on vacation. After getting to the Cricket store to replace it, I also realized that I had left my photo identification in my travel bag. Luzi worked with me to find alternative methods of identification rather than send me away without my phone working. She established my identity and installed and tested the new SIM before returning my phone to me. So delightful to meet an employee so sensitive to my needs and so willing to take extra steps to help me. Good job, Luzi!!”
