“We came in on Black Friday to replace two televisions. We had a good experience with the store years ago when we purchased a Mitsubishi wide screen rear projector set. We were very comfortable with the company's response to our prior questions and need for service with our older unit.The wide screen Samsung TV that was on sale for the Black Friday event was more than we planned on spending based on online research at Best Buy, Amazon, Consumer Reports, etc. The quality of the device was worth the extra cost (although we were certainly influenced by Josh's professional in store sales demonstration.)We also got a good deal on the second TV replacing another old unit.There was no discount on the full price for the high-end sound bar that came nicely paired with the wide screen set.We elected the 12 month no interest payment plan for the convenience and 4-5% inflation savings benefit.The installation could have been next day. But it was no problem scheduling installation when we were available.The installers were professional and courteous. They left us with both televisions working properly and with no further set up on our part except putting in various passwords for any separate streaming services.”

“The Sound Garden is really a music lovers oasis! Recently stumbled on to this place with my partner and this is going to be a regular spot we come back to. Huge selection of records from all genres, great staff and welcoming atmosphere! They have new and used records for a great price. They also sell old CDs, DVDs and cute games and trinkets. Huge plus was the small parking lot for customers- this was very convenient!”

We were experiencing several problems with my daughter's newly purchased SYNC UP Watch and after several calls made to customer service; they advised us to go to the store. This store, being the closest to us; we went there twice and Tarie was there to help us both times. “Prior to moving to the area, I had heard about Micro Center as being a great place for value with good customer service, but had never visited one. Today was my first visit, and I was pleasantly surprised with how awesome the store is. It's everything you ever wanted the old Fry's Electronics, Incredible Universe, or Best Buy to be. The store is packed floor ceiling with everything technology related, from easy to use off the shelf, consumer electronics like Apple MacBook laptops, appliances, and office chairs to more niche things, such as electronics components and 3-D, printers and supplies. There is a surprisingly large number of employees, all of whom were exceptionally helpful, but not bothersome or pressuring me to make a purchase. I ended up coming for one of the Internet-famous sales to buy my first 3-D printer to dip my toe into that realm of geekdom, and felt like all of the feedback I was receiving was incredibly honest and consistent with the research I did ahead of time, and the salesman pointed out both the pros and cons of the product I was looking to get. Based on my experience here, I would trust the store above pretty much any other electronic store I've been to to buy for myself due to the value, and to send friends and family too due to the great customer-focused service.”

“I came here too day looking to switch. They have really good deals on all their androids. I prefer iPhones, so I got an iPhone 11. It was under $250 for everything (including my service)!!! I got hbo max and unlimited internet! The girls there definitely know their stuff! They took their time to set up my email and got my hbo max working right away! My kids and I will enjoy watching movies all weekend. I’m one happy camper right now! Definitely recommend this place!!! If I could give it 10 stars I would lol”
