He is learning so much academically as well as how to be a good human. They do tons of fun activities and there is excellent communication with parents through an app. Best part is, breakfast, lunch and snack is included in tuition! They were kind, helpful, and truly care for the children. I have never felt so comfortable trusting someone with my children. The staff have been nothing short of amazing when talking to us, helping us with milestones like potty training, and anything else we need. The staff at a company like this truly make a difference and we haven't met anyone who wasn't kind or helpful during their time with our babies. I'm really lucky we found this Goddard school because I enjoy sending my children and seeing the staff every morning.
Their summer program is also amazing. It makes me feel less guilty to be working during summer because I know the kids are getting out and having a fun filled summer. They have a whole month of fun they plan out. It takes a lot of work but the kids enjoy it so much. I appreciate Goddard MR so much for everything they do.”

“We have had a wonderful experience at TLE so far! Ms Nikki and Ms Nadia make the twaddler room such a fun and nurturing place for our 2.5 yr old. They have both been instrumental in helping him potty train, among the many other skills they've helped him develop since he transitioned into their room. Ms Melissa and Ms Faye in the infant room are fantastic as well and give us the peace of mind we need to be away from our baby during the day. We trust them implicitly - they are patient, caring, and so much fun. Administrative staff has also been great about communicating with us when necessary. Overall we've had a really positive experience and are so happy we chose TLE!”

“As a grandmother of five grandchildren I have spent a lot of time in different Baltimore County child care centers picking up children. Perry Hall Learning Center is the best childcare center I have experienced. Whenever I stop in, the children are happy and seldom crying or upset. When they are, someone is there soothing them and helping meet any issue. Everyone is genuinely loving the children, not just being paid to do it. You are lucky if you get a space in this center that feels like a home.”

“Ms. Leah in Infant A is wonderful! She keeps us updated and our baby loves her. It’s difficult to trust people, but she makes it easier to be reassured that he’s in great care while we’re at work. Ms. Christie and Ms. Sherice in Infant B are also amazing. All three infant teachers work together to provide continuity of care between the two rooms. All three teachers are equally communicative about how our baby is doing and answering any questions. They don’t make us feel like a bother, even though we probably check in or ask questions too much! Thank you all for loving our baby.”

“I am on my second generation of children at the White Marsh Kindercare. My daughter, now 27, went there from ages 2-4, and we chose this center for her daughter when she turned 2. Even though the staff have changed, the things that make this place special remain unchanged. The center is very diverse and includes families that span many races/ethnicities, and backgrounds. The facilities are also great; it's clean and spacious. There are bathrooms in each classroom with the low/small toilets and sinks so little ones can develop and sustain their independence. The outdoor area is engaging and padded to prevent little ones from hurting themselves, and the water play area is my granddaughters favorite weekly Summertime activity. The real gem, however, is the staff. The teachers are simply amazing (back then and especially now). My granddaughter started in the 2-3 year old room in 2024 and I couldn't have asked for anything better. Ms. Mandi and Ms. Danielle loved up on her and all the children. I watched from a distance many times and saw how patient and kind they were with all the children, some of whom were still potty training or just being threenagers. The staff, across all classrooms, also reinforce good habits like handwashing and playing nice with friends. The center leadership is also unparalleled. Ms.Savannah, the Center Director, worked with our family to navigate multiple issues to support my granddaughters enrollment. Ms. Savannah works with families to ensure that the children's needs are met and that families are supported in the process. She is fair, kind, and a great communicator. She is highly responsive and available to families in person, by phone or via email - a true professional with a heart. I recommend this center without hesitation.”
