Very rude cashier with little to no customer service skills. I had to ask for my total three times because the cashier didn't feel like telling me what my total was. Considering they have their screens for you to look at covered with paper feels very SCAMMY! If you could imagine, after asking and her being visibly irritated, my debit card doesn't work apparently and must be swiped multiple times. Then she gets it to 'work'! Now, I get to stare at my bank account until everything goes through to make sure I wasn't just robbed. If you value and respect yourself as a human pass this store by there's another one right around the corner.

I walked in and I was looking at a charger but I didn’t want it so I put it back I grabbed some gum and went to the register then they started yelling at me to take the charger out my pocket then I told them I didn’t have it then they told me to empty my pockets so I did and they still said I stole then the yelled at me and told me to leave

I went to this 7-11 on 04/04/2022. I went in the store with my dog who is a service animal. The guy at the counter told me that she is not allowed in the store. I told the guy that she is a service dog and asked him if he would like to see her ID. He said that he did not care and dogs were not allowed in the store. Legally I am permitted to have her in any location that does not permit animals.

I was there today between 1054 hours and 1105 hours. The customer service was abysmal. My questions were painfully answered. No explanations was given. I had to greet the associate working there. Mr. Kassim made me feel as if I was unwelcomed. It was an horrible experience.

I try to avoid this 7-Eleven due to previous bad encounters. Today the cashier didn’t know what she was doing. A customer ahead of me asked for some rolling papers and the cashier just stared at him and didn’t know what to do. The customer even pointed at what he wanted and very clearly said “rolling papers, right there”. She just stared at him. When I got up to her, I asked for a beef patty and she just stared at me. She shrugged her shoulders and looked towards another coworker as if asking for help but she didn’t say anything. I’m not sure what her deal is or if she was having a bad day but I don’t believe she should be facing customers if she doesn’t want to or know how to communicate in a position where she needs to communicate with customers. I have had several awful encounters but today prompted me to write a review.

I asked for fresh food and SANTHIAN told me no. That this was freshly made an hr ago. NO WAY IN HELL. For the area this 7-11 , I would’ve thought better. If your wondering why your waste exceeds the profit it’s because of lack of care

AVOID this 7-11 if you are worried about the delta variant and employees following Montgomery County mask mandates. I stopped to get a drink and half of the employees had their masks pulled down. Sigh. Fine. Well, the cashier had his mask down on his chin- nose and mouth out. Before I approached him to check out, I kindly asked that he pull his mask up. He said “no.” Thinking he misunderstood me, I asked again for him to pull his mask up before I approached to check out. He said “No, why?” And appeared mad that I asked him to wear his mask correctly. I put my drink down and walked out- no need to further that interaction.
