I’ve been coming here for years and I was told I’m not allowed to use the bathroom. I was told by sussy I can use the bathroom next door. She says that’s been the policy for the past year. To be honest, if she was not very nice.

I went there yesterday at 5 pm to get color for my 6 pm client. There was a sign at the door that they have stepped out and will be back in 15 min. They did not return in 15. I do not understand why they are allowed to just close lunch time ( previous Saturday) or an hr before actual time of business closing.very frustrating.

The cashier service is very rude, they don't have any kind of knowledge, they are always in a bad mood. If you can go to another store I recommend it.

I went to the store on Saturday February 6th. At 3:00 and there was a sign on the door saying that they will open at 3:40. I knocked on the door confused with another customer standing by me waiting to go in. The store hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:00. The employee told us that there are four girls working and they’re having lunch. I don’t know any store that closes for lunch when they have store hours. For girls going to lunch is a waste of my time. I think one of them should have at least helped us customer standing at the door.

I came with 100 questions about flat irones while there were about 3 other customers and the credit card machines were acting up. Adrianna was able to answer all my questions, help me, help the 3 other customers, and get the credit card machine working all at once. Very awesome customer service! Very polite, knowledgeable about the products and professionals. I actually stopped going to this cosmoprof in rockville because of a bad experience a while ago but im coming back just for the cusromer service! Thank you Adrianna!

Never had a problem with any staff until today. I've been coming here for years with my mom. Today we stopped by around 3pm and they switched it back to curbside pick up only ( we didn't know ahead of time because we were here 2 weeks ago inside the store). The associate today with all the tattoos on her arm was helping one lady in front of us , she was already looking over it helping her. While she was handing the customer something at the door (they were just finishing up so I wanted to ask question before she shut the door) I asked nicely hi! do you just call the number for the curbside pick up ? It's a quick simple yes or no question. She instantly gave my mom and I a death stare for even speaking to her and with the biggest attitude saying, " I need to do one CUSTOMER at a time... " and rolled her eyes neck sticking out with annoyed hand movements. A simple sorry give me a second would have been fine. There is a way to speak to customers, the message is clear ,I can understand , but the tone on how she said it was purposely meant to give attitude. I said something back to her and she slammed the door and locked (she made it loud on purpose) I understand it's a pandemic and no one wants to be working and truthfully we are all under STRESS but sis if a simple yes or no question triggered you and if a total of two customers is too much to handle you shouldn't be doing customer service, work the back stock. My mom was there to get stuff for for work and unfortunately she has work too during this pandemic. NO one wants to be or should be working but the last thing we want to deal with is this type of attitude . Also we went back in the car and she swung the door back open and was staring at us in our car moving her hands in the air like do you want help or not?! Never had to deal with this behavior she must be new .

Waited 30 minutes to be let in. The store policy during COVID-19 is to allow 5 customers in the store in addition to those working. I watched 2 people leave the store leaving 3 customers inside. I proceeded to wait 15 more minutes while one customer and one worker were checking out. After waiting for so long I had to leave. I understand wanting to limit customers in the store during these times. However, I should have been let in due to the fact that I would have made it so that only 4 customers were in the store at one time. Very upset.

I was at Cosmoprof today. And I understand the only 5 people in the store during this pandemic. But seriously one family was the 5. While i stood outside. And one person was buying for her family. My God. What Can't you just let licensed stylist in at this time. Waiting around while little kids and all hangin out. I will take my business elsewhere
