Absolutely the worst place for grooming , they have no care about the well being of your pet .

I’m very upset with the grooming salon. Last time I brought my cat, they made me wait in the car for an hour despite having an appointment. Today, after booking a grooming appointment a week in advance, I was told there was no appointment in the system. Extremely unorganized, and not even a proper apology was offered. They clearly have no respect for customers’ time. I will not be returning.

Brought my cat to get a bath and brush. overall looks good but when my friend came to pick him up. The staff said he wasn’t there?!?!? and said maybe my friend was at the wrong location. Whole time he was in the back being blow dried and my friend had to keep asking in order to find him. very weird that they didn’t know where my cat was and couldn’t identify him.

My dog has loved the training classes he took with Leslie over the past year. He misses the classes and still wants to go back to the “classroom every time we go back!

This store is quite large and they have a great selection. It's a little on the industrial looking side, seeming almost dirty, but it doesn't affect the product you get so mostly a cosmetic thing for me. Staff was helpful and friendly and everything was well organized.

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE! This is the first and last time I allow my pet to be under the care of this grooming salon. A full four hours after my appointment time, I pick up my pet cat only to immediately realize he had defecated himself in his carrier. Rather than allow him to sit in his own feces any longer, I drove home urgently to clean him off. My pet left the salon dirtier than he had come in. This is abhorrent behavior from a business that supposedly cares about animals and their well-being. The store manager didn’t seem particularly concerned when I called to complain; His excuse was that the associates were preoccupied and didn’t notice. Maybe if this location did a better job of keeping their salon clean, they would’ve noticed the putrid stench coming from my pet’s carrier. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

We've permanently switched from this PetSmart to the nearby Petco after witnessing the store manager escalate a situation with a customer instead of being able to resolve it professionally. Overall, it seems PetSmart needs to better train this store manager and staff in customer care. In contrast, the team at the Petco appears well-trained and clearly places a higher value on customer service.

Puppy class with Leslie was 10/10! We found this store to be clean and well stocked and the staff to be helpful.

The worst experience with the cashier. When I got to pay she didn’t say hi or anything. She was having a conversation with a coworker. When already pay she gave me the receipt and didn’t say thank you she didn’t even look at me. Date/Time: 05/27/2025. 11:43:35
