Brian and Suburban Solutions Movers were fantastic and really helped us out in a tough situation. Brian was extraordinarily kind and communicative. The moving team was efficient and mindful of our items, coming up with some creative solutions to get things through narrow passageways safely. I plan on working with them again if I need to move again!

We had an excellent, seamless move thanks to Suburban Solutions! Steve, Jose, and Ty did a great job unloading our moving truck and getting all the items up to our 10th floor apartment. They went above and beyond to help us and worked fast.

I've used Suburban Solutions twice now, and both times they have been courteous, careful, and conscientious communicators. Steve, Ty and Pedro hustled up and down flights of stairs and even came up with a creative solution to get a stubborn boxspring to its new location. The move took a lot longer than any of us predicted, but they stayed on task and professional.

I have been benefiting from Suburban Movers for almost a DECADE. These guys are a class act! I have used them in both personal and business projects and tĥey never dissapoint! I dont know how I woukd survive without these guys!

I had a mostly positive experience working with Suburban Solutions. Their pricing was reasonable and transparent, and way less expensive that another moving company I considered. They sent to movers out and they were fast, efficient, and professional! However, the movers did arrive 1.5 hours later than the agreed upon time, pushing back my move considerably, but thankfully my move didn't have significant time restraints.

Suburban is our only choice for long distance moves. They have moved us from NYC to DC (and back!) over a few years. They do an excellent job moving furniture and large items. In our last move, they moved us up to a third story walk up in Manhattan. I don't know how they got our furniture up that staircase, but they did and had no complaints while doing it. The price is definitely reasonable--typically under what a big competitor would charge but with a much higher and reliable quality of service. Steve is an exceptional crew chief and an amazing human being. Brian, the admin, was also amazing in his flexibility with working with us and our needs. I will be miffed if we ever have to move and it's not with suburban!

The crew did a fantastic job and was very professional. And even though they were moving me into a condo at the top of a three story walk-up, they moved everything in good time and without complaint.

We had the best move with Suburban Solutions! They were so communicative and handled every little detail leading up to and on moving day. They really went above and beyond, and handled everything with great care. Big thank you to Brian and Steve!! We will definitely use them again and recommend them to others we know.

We had the BEST experience with Suburban Solutions. They came recommended from another company that couldn’t take our business and the entire process was so stress free. They were the quickest to respond and get me a quote, everything was easy to decipher and reasonably priced, a deposit was paid and they (Brian) kept in touch as we prepared. We packed our own house but sent photos and videos of what we had done and they came so prepared day of to wrap furniture and get everything loaded! Their team of five led by Steven were SO kind and friendly, communicated clearly, worked quickly, and obvious care was taken for an incredibly smooth move out and move in. 10/10 would recommend and use again!

Hands down this company is the best.
I’ve used Suburban Solutions Moving twice now in the past five or so years. I've used a bunch of other companies before and in between as well (finally dug up my old inbox to purposely find the one company that killed it)...
They’re the only moving company I’ve ever used that can put the following on their resume:
-They communicate the details upfront and there’s continuous communication throughout the process.
-They confirm a date/time and stick to it, plus they’ve always arrived and finished early.
-They give you the most accurately possible quote for costs -I’ve always ended up paying less than they quoted.
-They take care of your things and treat them like their own.
-They get the job done in half the time it takes any other company I’ve hired -no exaggeration here.
The crew that helped me -Josh, Jake, and Pierre were unbelievably efficient and it was obvious they were hustling to get it done as quickly as possible. These guys made lifting heavy items, which would prob injure most of us, seem effortless. They were not only the best at what they were doing, but they also had great vibes and were awesome in general to be around. These dudes have that drive necessary for understanding and improving the value realized by any client. They'd be an incredible asset to any team, anywhere in the jobforce.
Additionally, Brian, the owner, possesses a second-to-none understanding of the customer experience and how to ensure customer success. He always made me feel as though he was right there in the trenches with me, working collaboratively to solve my problems rather than simply profiting from them, which is a stark contrast to what I’ve experienced from other moving companies. Brian's got something figured out over there and it's obvious once you see how successfully he executes a solution to your problem, while treating you like a human and delivering on his promises.
Trust me, Suburban is the easiest solution to your moving problem.

I recently posted a review on my moving experience with Suburban Solutions. This review is to say thank you to the owner, Brian for caring enough about my experience to pay me for my TV. This show what his company stands for. He was even kind enough to personally reach out to me to apologize. Most company owners will not have done that. It shows he values his customers and the experience they have when using his service. For this, I will definitely use Suburban Solutions again but will go directly through them and not hire helper. Thank you Brian for making this right. Your integrity as a business man is what is going to keep you in business and be successful. Thank you so much. What you did means alot to me. I have moved at least 10 times, and this is by far the best moving experience I've ever had. I have just hired them again to help with my most recent move after a great experience with my last move. They are professional, efficient, and resolve any issues promptly. I also think the pricing is very fair for the level of service they provide. I've had more expensive moving companies that did not compare to Suburban Solutions in terms of quality of service. I will continue to use this company for any future moves as well.

Love, love, love Suburban Solutions. Brian and his team are awesome. I've used them within Maryland and in Philly. Only movers I use!
