used to love getting my brows done here, but after today ill never be back. spend your money elsewhere. eyebrows & pedicure for $75 and neither service actually looks good, which i wouldn’t have minded too much if they had good attitudes at least. beware

This place is horrible they deserve 0 stars in my opinion I was told my set was a certain price and when I got home my card was charged a different amount ., he drilled my cuticle to the point where my finger started bleeding. On top of that I told him my nails were crooked and not straight and he gives me the file to file my own nails down then gets an attitude and starts going off I will never go here again this place needs to be shut down immediately!!!!

I have not been disappointed with a nail shop in a long time. I went in for a pedi/mani. The woman doing my pedicure was okay but another woman did my manicure from the chair. She rushed through give no care to cuticles. She added polish remover to the color so that it can glide across my nails. The gel polish began to peel after 2 days. Never again. I should have read the reviews.

I've avoided this place on and off for 15 years but will come here in a crunch because they are well-staffed and cycle people in and out quickly. However, if you prefer a little customer service with your patronage, this is not the place. The lady who runs the front I swear goes out of her way to make you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. She was visibly annoyed that I came in for two nail repairs, made me wait even though technicians were available, and then quoted me $15 for the two repairs and asked if I still wanted it done. I told her no and her response was, "Then leave." She proceeded to talk about me in Vietnamese as I left.
I went a few doors down to Watkins Park Nails nextdoor to the vet. They were extremely pleasant and quoted me $10 for a job that took all of ten minutes, which I felt was much more reasonable. I used to stop into Fancy Nails II in a crunch, but going forward I will be using their competitor at the other end of the shopping center.

I went to get my nails done and the nail tech was very rude and nasty, I wanted her opinion on a color I wanted to get, and she said "don't waste my time" So 2 days go by and my nails chipped and when I went back, the guy at the front said they couldn't fix it and claimed they were busy. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. NEVER COMING BACK HERE! I don't want to even give them any stars.

Horrible customer service. My toesnails fell off from running. And I’m trying to maintenance my feet . The guy doing my nails was laughing at me and talking about me in his language. He asked me what color I want and raised the price 20$ more. So I canceled the polish and kept the polish clear to avoid confrontation. From there he gave me an extremely fast pedicure. Can I have support for trying to better myself? 53$ for a half job wasted. And he didn’t give me the paper flip flops for my feet. He made me put it back in my sneaker

I went in for a pedicure and fill in .The guy that did my nails was really rude . He tried to do and charge me for a service I didn't ask for, then he tried to increase the price on a design when he already told me the cost of it . He definitely could benefit from a class educating him on how to provide better customer service to their patrons. First there and I will not be returning !!!!!

They overcharge for their services. Sign says 15$ to remove nails but they charged me 25$. As a business you should make sure your pricing advertised is correct. It gives off greedy and lack of integrity when they don't add up. Place isn't Tidy or clean looking. I will NEVER recommend this place even to do a simple service of removing nails. I really wish I could give 0 stars. There is no way I would come back. Please don't waste your time with this place and LOOK at the pricing on the wall before paying.
