Went to this location and the woman that works here with locs was not inviting at all. She did not speak to us when we came in, and clearly did not want to help us. When we asked to do a trade in she huffed and puffed. Told us a different quote than her coworker that we spoke to the day before, and tried to say a $47.99 controlled just went up and is now as much as a new controller. We left, she was dry and had horrible customer service. It just so happened that the internet stopped working as well. Just excuse after excuse to not do her job. If she doesnt wanna work there she needs to quit!

The workers here dont seem friendly. I once came here to trade some things I no longer needed. They accepted NONE of my items and said that they would not accept sports games from under the year 2020,but when I checked online it said that they would accept games no matter the year. Overall would not recommend unless you need something important from that store.

They’re not price matching anything at all unless it’s GameStop exclusive during the holidays. The employee guy at the register was fine until the random girl (assuming manager?) out of nowhere tells him not to help me price match as it is a “new policy” and the guy at the register didn’t know the policy changed. Overall very weird and unprofessional

First class customer service!! Exceeded my expectation. To the young lady named Lucky who provided ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ customer service, I'm so grateful to her because she was informative, answer any and every question we had. GameStop executive, please give this young lady her flowers because she truly deserves it ⭐
By the way, the GameStop in District Heights Maryland that I spoke of a few days ago, after the experience that I had today I now realize that all the information that the young lady provided us what's made up!! Someone from the corporate office needs to get over there and find out what's going on.

Customer Service was absolutely horrific. Couldn’t even get a simple greeting when walking in. Had us waiting in line for so long and we couldn’t even get a “sorry about that I’ll be with you shortly”. The strong neck guy infront with the nose piercing is very unprofessional and doesn’t seem to like his job.
