“I took my vehicle here to get a state inspection and I can not recommend Brownie's enough. I was very nervous and cautious with this whole process because I have heard horror stories of mechanic shops lying to customers about what their car needs to pass a state inspection. I dropped my car off at night, and first thing in the morning, Brownies called me to let me know they started working. Within 3 hours, they called me to say the inspection was complete and that my vehicle passed. I am so happy to have found an honest and reputable shop. “Can’t give these guys enough praise and thanks! They are amazing at what they do.
My boyfriend and I were visiting from out of state and we had all our brake + taillights out. We went to 5 local auto shops in the area, all of them said they were unable to help - one guy going as far to say I had a wiring issue and had to do major repairs. Most of them they didn’t even look at my car.
Justin was kind of enough to take us on a Friday and actually took a look at my car. Turns out there wasn’t a wiring issue just a few dead bulbs lol. Literally a lifesaver. Him and his crew were so welcoming, and funny and put us at ease. Thanks to them we were able to get back on road within 30 minutes and didn’t cost an arm and a leg to do so.

As I experienced issues with my truck getting fixed at another mechanic shop, I took my truck here and they were able to diagnose the issues, fix them, and do all of this at a reasonable price within a reasonable timeframe. The staff is polite and are very helpful. Cannot speak highly enough about this establishment! Highly recommend and will continue using them as my mechanic!”

“I had my car at another shop (hit a deer) and they were unable to find a rental car for me over the holiday weekend. My insurance company hooked me up with Hertz rental at this location and actually booked me a rental but the Hertz location there was closed. The very nice gentleman that I spoke to at the collision center (Tom, or John, not sure which) took the time out of his day to locate a rental car for me, and I wasn't even his customer. I can't vouch for their repairs but if they give that kind of service to a total stranger over the phone, they are #1 in my book for customer service! Thank you thank you! You saved my Thanksgiving!”
“I have been getting my vehicle serviced at DA for many years and have always been pleased with the service. I recently had a part go bad in my car right before I was about to go on a trip. Randy and the team went above and beyond to make sure I could get the part I needed in time. When they couldn't get it from their usual supplier in time for my trip, Randy personally reached out to another dealer, tracked it down, and got it for me — all while keeping me updated along the way. What really stood out to me was that he offered to not charge me the extra cost of sourcing the part from the other dealer, even though it was more expensive.
My tire light came on right before going out of town for Thanksgiving and they got me in that same day and found the issue and fixed the tire for me. They've taken care of my car for years and I really trust them not to push unnecessary services. They even offered me a ride home when they saw I was walking home from the shop, which I appreciate and shows how they care about their customers.

“I broke down near this garage, great customer service, however the prices seemed a little high, they quoted $1500 to replace my fuel pump. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee and had it towed to my mechanic who covered it under warranty”
