Staff are friendly, answer any questions I have, explain what needs to be done, let me know what is happening if they need to hold on to a car a little longer, and are very reasonably priced. I’ve always had good experiences here and will continue to bring our family vehicles to A-List.

I have been calling qnd trying to get service from this company for 3 weeks and they kept giving me once excuse after another on even just trying to get my vehicle looked at.F irst they tell me the owner isnt there but he will give me a call when he gets back on Monday which he never did,so I call again and they informed me he is out of town, then they say he is on lunch and I called back with no answer, then I call again they said he is in the hospital call back next Wednesday, I call back then they said he isn't taking phone calls until the next morning. I call back the next morning and they leave me on hold.! Definitely bad business I would not recommend them to anyone. And even if they were to respond to me now I would be scared to take me vehicle to them.

Our alternator died just before traveling through La Plata. The guys at A-list took the time and got us up and running with a new alternator in record time, and we were back in business, all for a great price!
Super considerate, professional, and customer oriented. Can't say how much I and my family appreciate the top-notch service when we needed it most! Thank you!

This is the only place in the area that I would trust to work on my vehicles. They are very up front and know how to treat their customers. From simple things like oil changes, to larger issues, they have a customer for life.

One of my headlights on my Subaru crosstrek went out and I first called Meineke in La Plata to see what the cost was to replace. I had already purchased the lights from Autozone- the guy had no clue how to change them and said I would need tools to pop the headlight off. The gentleman who answered the phone at Meineke took the make and model of my vehicle and told me it would cost $40-50 per light! I called A-list automotive and the gentleman there said he needed to see the vehicle in order to give me a quote. I almost went to Meineke thinking he was giving me the run around but thank God I didn’t. I went over and they greeted me right away, came out to look at my vehicle and said, “That’s easy”. The young man pulled my vehicle in and immediately began working on it. The other mechanics provided him with assistance if needed and they were all so pleasant and nothing but good vibes and laughs. At the end of it all I paid much less than what they quoted at Meineke! That was well worth the short drive- I got laughs and found a new mechanic- a good mechanic!
