I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to bring to your attention an unpleasant incident that occurred today at the AutoZone located on 30th Street. I went to the store with the intention of purchasing cleaner for the interior of my car, along with tire cleaner in preparation for the upcoming weekend. However, what should have been a routine shopping experience turned into a distressing incident of racial profiling.Upon entering the store, I noticed three Caucasian employees standing at the front desk, seemingly idle and not attending to any customers. As I proceeded through the store, I couldn't help but notice two of the employees constantly hovering around me, while the third employee remained at the back of the store. This unwarranted attention made me increasingly uncomfortable and uneasy.Feeling compelled to address the situation, I approached the employees and asked if they truly believed I would engage in any form of theft. Despite my verbal questioning, the unwarranted surveillance continued as I moved to another area of the store. It was evident that I was being unfairly singled out solely based on my race.Frustrated and humiliated by this experience, I promptly gathered all the items I had intended to purchase and placed them on the front cashier's desk before leaving the store. I cannot express how deeply insulted I felt by being subjected to racial profiling in such a blatant manner. This incident should not have occurred, and it is imperative that action is taken to prevent instances like this from happening to other individuals.I understand that mistakes can happen and that people may act based on past experiences. However, it is important to emphasize that racial profiling is not only unjust, but it also perpetuates stereotypes and discrimination. Such practices have no place in our society and must be actively discouraged.I kindly request that you address this matter within your organization. It is my hope that steps will be taken to educate and train employees regarding cultural sensitivity, equality, and the importance of treating all customers fairly and respectfully, regardless of their race or ethnicity. Furthermore, I encourage you to implement policies that promote diversity and inclusion within your establishment, ensuring that all customers feel valued and comfortable during their interactions with your staff.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I don't have a "go to" when it comes to auto parts stores. I want to be treated as though my safety and satisfaction with what's being explained and or sold to me is top billing at that moment. While I am more than satisfied with the service, availability, and prices with advanced auto, I refuse to disrespect the two other auto parts stores that I frequent as well. That being said, I would like show homage to advance auto as well as the two other auto parts stores for always sharing my car woes with positive results on each and every visit. Keep us all moving. Needed a starter for my junk Chevy. Advanced had one half the price of NAPA. Likely not the same quality, but I would have put used motor oil in that garbage. The cheapest possible starter was what the doctor ordered, and Advanced delivered.

I wonder if people wonder why I give so many five-star recommendations.I really appreciate these businesses across America that do so much for our peopleI feel like a lot of these businesses people just don't appreciate what we have in America that is help to make America so great...!!!Like the fast foods restaurantsI think we should have the ability to give a tip to these placesEspecially those who are richIf it wasn't for places like McDonald's and Wendy'sThe rich would have to plowplantWeedHarvestCan or freezePackage and take to work...!!!They do none of these thingsjust walk up to the counterpay for itand walk out...And our full restaurants that give us a meal with the waiter or waitress..They do no workThe staff does it all...AndAnd we enjoy these wonderful facilities to eat it in...!!!!!

The customer service here is amazing. My car was having battery issues and I stopped by the store right before they closed down for the night. The employees were great and helped me out immediately by testing out the serviceability of my battery, and ultimately, replacing it for me. I will definitely be returning here for any of my automotive needs due to the customer service alone. Great service!

I want to give it 5 stars but i will do 4 stars. The young man asked did i need help, i said yes, I need anti-freeze. He said go up front they can help you...i said okaaayy. (i was expecting him to help me because he said may i help you). He did come back, help me and ranged me up. Soooo 4 stars. i will revisit ...i need oil ?
